Nope. I went through every option. Had this same problem last year. Stayed in line at Apple Store for 4 hours only to find they didn't have the option there either and of course the Sprint rep had left for the day. Luckily I planned to buy outright anyway just in case.

I'm still peeved right now.
 
Yeah Sprint really failed on this one miserably. I am on the Framily plan so cannot upgrade through Apple.com and Sprint will not work just like all of you. Ugh.... are they ever gonna be able to get a launch to go smoothly?

In general their site is pretty clunky. But this is sad, sign up for the newsletter, REALLY Sprint? Really?
 
placed order thru apple mobile app, got confirmation page with order number. however, I did not get any email. Is it common that apple systems take sometime to send out order confirmation emails?
 
The newsletter thing makes no sense. I can understand page timeouts or things not loading properly but this is silly...

It's at the bottom of every page on the site regardless. Whatever is supposed to show up when you click "Add to Cart" just isn't showing up.

question is can they process the order over the phone?

I was thinking they couldn't/wouldn't until next day.. just what I recall from last year
 
yeah got the order to work as a new customer, but doesn't help us existing customers so just finished my order on the phone called at 2:30 cst
