usually when you go to the site and browse around a little box appears askiong you if you need assistance. Just start typing in the box.
This is a good point. Luckily for me this has been a slow week at work so I've had some time to peruse the forums and obsess over tracking updates.
For those that are trying give UPS authorization to leave your package without a signature:
I spoke with a rep who told me that if you do not have an option to request delivery without a signature in your account, your area most likely allows packages to be left on the front porch without a signature already. I think she was right; I have never had to sign for any package that was delivered to my door. This includes a Blu Ray home theater system!

Yeah I tried to change the delivery to my office, it would not allow me either. I guess you can just hope and pray. Sorry
I am porting 3 Tmobile numbers over to Sprint. I placed my order around 12:45am on first day of pre-orders. Still my tracking has yet to update. Seems like everyone that barely ordered got theirs shipped already. I am getting one white 32gb and two white 16gb.
Man I was hoping We would get our iPhones a day early... .. But whatever. At least we finaly know where our iPhones are at. Im in Illinois, Literally 1 state a way. Maybe I might get it late today, since Im really close to Louisville, KY??

It means you will get it at or before 7 pm
I ordered around 10:30 am eastern and never received a confirmation email. I have been waiting ever since, with no email and no tracking number.
Thanks to the forum, I just used the trick to use your account number on the ups tracking website and see that all is good and it's supposed to be here tomorrow.
I guess Sprint is having trouble updating everyone's orders on the website, but rest assured they are getting taken care of.

lol, i'd add a screenshot of my origin scan...but it looks the same as most of the ones posted already.
In the email Sprint sent me they stated I would recieve my phone by the 14th or 15th. I checked my UPS acct. my phone is on t6he way
