Sprint iPhone Pre-Order Status Thread

I was just thinking about this whole self-imposed ordeal and now I feel much more relaxed. Don't get me wrong, I'm ansty for it to get here but now I know I can relax until Brown comes knocking on the door. Just knowing that it's confirmed to be here tomorrow is all I wanted, aside from the phone itself.
ME TOO!!!! I live in Indianapolis, so mine should be arriving at my local UPS soon!
If I wait for the knock on the door I'll be waiting until 6pm. However, I know his route and will find him around 9:30-10am. I've done that many times in the past. Then I'll have time to get in touch with Sprint if activation doesn't go smoothly.
I don't think there's ever been more people proclaiming their love of an ORIGIN SCAN / DEPARTURE SCAN before this week! lol
Well I was pulling in my neighborhood and UPS was leaving. If thats an indication then I will have my phone by 10:45 am. Not too shabby
I got a book from Amazon with 2nd day air UPS (shipped from Kentucky) and it came today around 11:00am.
It would be nice to get the 4S around then
When I woke this morning, the sun was a darker color of orange than usual, along with that, a murder or crows, all with their beaks pointing south were spotted two blocks away.
From this I have concluded that my iPhone 4s will be delivered at exactly 2:32pm tomorrow.
Also, fresh bat guano... two, three days old.

Well fellow iPhone fanatics, it's been a fun, wild ride this week with waiting on tracking numbers, then waiting on origin scans / departure scans and then hearing horror stories that we all hope worked themselves out. I'm going to go relax knowing that my iPhone and I are going to be spending some quality time tomorrow while we get to know each other. Best of luck to you guys and I hope that all this aggravation, excitement and sleepless nights we've shared all pay off tomorrow when Brown says "hello!"

I believe not everyone who has an expect delivery by end of tomorrow (10.14.11) is actually going to receive it tomorrow. I feel like there's too many iPhone 4s to be droped off and not enough time in a UPS drivers workday.

i believe your wrong. They wouldnt give a delivery date of 14th and they have more than one driver in town. nice try though

Okay so i just called ups to see if they had any update or suggestions on the best way to insure it's in my hands tomorrow. I asked if they already had the iPhone and he said no it is in transit for 1 more day till it is delivered. I then asked will it be delivered by tomorrow 100% and he said yes. As long as I'm there to sign. so as long as your confirmation says DELIVERED (not shipped) by the 14th you WILL have your phone. They said they have plenty of drivers and they(apple) distributed them to ups locations around you according to how many drivers they have. He said the reason mine is going to a ups location 15miles away as opposed to the one 4 miles away is because the closer one may of had to many deliveries. But he made it clear the first priority deliveries are those with DELIVERED by confirmation. Hope this helpes fellow iPhone fanatics))))) oh and I'm in California ordered for sprint on apple.com at 330 am pacific on the 7th!!
