I walked in the store Thursday evening, they had a iPhone X 64GB Silver. I was just going to get the 8 Plus, but I’m like sure, if you have it I’ll take it. Great phone!

So I canceled my order for the SG64 that was ordered on 11/2. I ordered the white 64 on 11/11 and it shipped out today.

Ordered in store a 64GB space gray on 11/1 and received it today. Hadn't handled one much before, didn't realized it basically is smaller than any plus iPhone. We'll take some getting used to, remember to unpair your watch before you get rid of your old device...

Haha, so true. I forgot to do that when I got my 8+. Definitely remembered to do it when I got my X

Seems like the Silvers and SG256 are shipping pretty soon after ordering. Anyone order a SG64 in the last week and have it ship already? I'm thinking of returning my SG64 I bought from Apple, so I can buy from Sprint on Flex lease and take advantage of the $350 trade-in offer. But if SG64's are taking a while to ship, I must just have to order a Silver64 instead. It'll be in a case, so the side and back color don't matter too much, I guess, lol.

I vowed never to have a white phone again after I had the 6S Plus Rose Gold. Last year I went for the Matte Black 7 Plus. Now that the screen is all screen, I am liking the white back! The Silver is pretty good. Take advantage of the 350.00 offer!

I ordered the 64 gb space gray on 11/3 and just got an email from UPS I have a package scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Nothing has updated on Sprint order status page yet though.

Sprints order status page is slow to update! Last year it still said pending on 3 of our iPhones, but they were delivered.

Seriously thinking about switching my 8 Plus for the X just to try it out. The 8 Plus is great no probs but I’ve played around with the X the day I picked up the 8 Plus and I liked it. Problem was they didn’t have it in stock. Now they do and I have less than a week to return the 8 Plus and grab the X. I’m on Apple’s iPhone plan and I figured if I wanted to switch back to the 8 Plus before the 14 days are up with the X.

Try it out! You might like it better than the 8 Plus :)
I own both phones and they’re both different and fun in their on ways. The silver looks almost white, it’s really pretty. I’ve neber seen a space grey X but I’ve seen a space grey 8/8 Plus and it also looked nice. Keep us posted!

Has anyone here heard of any Black Friday deals being offered by Sprint on the iPhone? Only info I have found so far is them offering some discounts on Samsung devices.

At least that is all that I have found so far. Anyone else around here hear anything?

Hey guys, so today my family switched over to Sprint due to a promotion they are having if you bring over 5+ lines. I was just wondering at the moment, we are paying for my X monthly, but I have no issue paying it off if needed. What is Sprints policy for unlocking seeing as I travel internationally a few times a year? Also once the phone is unlocked, is it the same as the Verizon one essentially? Thanks

Sprint typically only unlock devices that are owned.
From web:

Unlocking Sprint phone checklist
  • The device must not be reported as lost or stolen, and can’t be associated with fraudulent activity.
  • If you bought your phone on a two-year service plan with a subsidy, you’ll need to have fulfilled the requirements of your contract with no outstanding bills or fees.
  • If you’ve purchased your phone in installments through one of Sprint’s financing options, including Sprint Easy Pay, Sprint Lease and iPhone Forever, you need to have paid off its total cost and have no remaining payments left for that particular device.
  • Your Sprint account must be in good standing, and your device must have been active on a Sprint plan for a minimum of 50 days.

Also once the phone is unlocked, is it the same as the Verizon one essentially? Thanks
Yes, essentially same as VZN

This sounds about right except for the fact that it needs to be active for 50 days. I had bought a iPhone X on preorder, and when I found sprint was going to offer trade in value I did that. I just sold my first iPhone X last week and had to call into sprint to have it unlocked. It was brand new, paid off, but still had to have it unlocked. And then Apple did some sort of button trick to basically have it unlocked right away.

Sprint has a good international package. It’s free to add and works in over 200 countries. I use it internationally and the rates are cheap. Some places give you free text and data (2g speed) but you can pay for higher speed. The cost for voice depends on country. Check their website it has all the details.
