SS WSB ordered Friday, arriving tomorrow (Monday)

42. I had good vibes whenever I got charged after a few hours. Seems that was Apple trolling me hard.
I would think so. Many of us ordered a few days before that and nothing yet... Hopefully we all get charged soon though! I'm just wondering why my order still just says June
I made the mistake of looking at a SS at the Apple Store (an employee was wearing hers) and now I'm jealous, but $550? Not likely.
I feel the same way, which is why I stuck with the Sport. I do like the SS look, and could definitely afford it, but I keep coming back down to earth over the fact that it is a $550 watch. I can kind of swallow $350, but $550...ouch. I will say that the thought keeps going through my mind as I wear my 38 sport.
I looked at it from the standpoint of I've spent much more then $550 on a watch before, and most of them sit in a case. This watch I will actually wear daily. I also looked at the SS will most likely hold up better.
I said the same thing, but after a few days of looking at the SS, I could no longer resist and went for it.
I think of it this way. In a years time, I will go to sell my Apple watch. It'll be worth around 50% what it costs now. So the $400 sport will be about $200 while the $600 will be $300. There is only a $100 difference between the two. Its not a big deal. At least this was my justification.
You'll get yours soon enough. The wait just makes it that much better
So do I! I don't know if it's my fanboy-ism talking, but I love my watch! I'm currently debating whether I should get the black sport band (the one I originally ordered) or black classic buckle

I ordered on Saturday as well. No charges or anything from my end.
I did order a Milanese Loop separately, and that charged immediately. I made that purchase through Apple Pay.
Ordered my wifes 38mm a couple days ago, preparing for shipment!! I ordered my 42mm launch morning (1hr late) and mine is still pending. lol
I ordered a 42 SS WSB as a backup on Saturday just gone. It's just switched to Preparing For Dispatch

Seems to me, most people posting and receiving orders (in this thread) are:
- 42ers
- stainless steel / white sport band
- outside of USA
I jumped on the 38SSWSB bandwagon on Sunday night, while still keeping my original 38SSBSB order from 4/11, as people were seeing either movement on this or notification of a 2-3 week window moved up from original 4-6 window rather quickly... Some were notified overnight. No movement on either order - I used ApplePay for the white and my CC on the original BSB. No small auth or charge at all. My May 14 ship date is around the corner so I guess I'll just stick it out!! I will advise on any movement since I may be one of only 4 peeps in this thread who ordered the 38 in the USA.

My 38mm SG Black band is coming today, but I would rather have Stainless Steel with white band. June 1-12 shipping window.
WSB seem to be in abundance while the BSB are having production issues. You may very well get your 42mm SS WSB before your 42mm SG Sport BSB.
