I thought after waiting months since the announcement that today would be a piece of cake, but waiting for delivery is killing my day. Come on UPS!

Here it is nice and black!!

That chain is going to scratch your watch!

Those cc that are fraud alerted are put to the back of the list. If fixed fast enough they are shipped if not they have to wait for the next wave of watches received. I would not doubt for one second that Apple has a shopping center at Louisville.

Mine was declined...I fixed it pretty fast. Not sure how fast though because they didn't send out an email letting me know! I logged in to check because there was a flurry of charge posts going on in this thread.

Chargers

Just a word of advise. Buy extra chargers. It come's with a really long one, but I bought others. Like for my phone I have one in the car, one in the bedroom to charge over night, and one by my computer. I have another one I keep in my bag so I have one everywhere. People are on the forums bitching about how they can't do the update because their charger is at home. Have at least one extra you carry with you. It comes in the box with the electrical plug adapter.

My extra charger (the longer version) has already arrived. That one is for home while the one that comes with the watch will be used for office charging (as needed). I have a wooden Walnut dock for home.

Same situation with my iOS devices and Macbook Charging. Extra cables cost money but having them in your car, desk and home is an added convenience. I never have to pack up a cable when I take my laptop home or rummage around in my backpack when needing a charge in the car.

.

It's not a hard heavy chain it's silver and I have been wearing it with my SS w Classic Buckle since launch day no issues. The way the watch fits it doesn't let the chain move around much. If I even think its an issue the Tiffany bracelet gets banished to the other wrist!! Apple rules the arm!;):apple:

And here in New Jersey the apple stores actually carry the chargers so i didn't have to order them.

That's a cute little flower you got there, tough guy! haha

Uh that's Dr. Ms. Tough guy to you. Smh. Cause only dudes would buy an SS SB 42mm right? Don't get the other women or men started up on assumptions.:rolleyes:

And btw what watch face are you using or haven't you gotten your watch yet? I do have a more generic watch face on my 42 mm SS w CBB. What's on yours?

Just picked this baby up from the UPS hub.

Now that just look so, so nice! When the light hits it just right it looks amazing in pictures. Really want to see it in the flesh. Mine just needs to change from PFD to Dispatched!

Yep, pretty likely that the SG BSB and SS BSB are likely #1 and #2, but #3 is anyone's guess. We've seen way more SS w LB's shipped than ours. My guess is people either didn't think the DLC was worth the $100 more or they thought it didn't have as many band options, due to being black.

Looking forward to there being a breakdown released by Apple by SKU one day in the not-too-distant future.

BUILT until launch day? Because you have such an indepth knowledge of the build times of our watches? Really? Want to rethink that a little?

So, when you go to the mechanic at the end of the day and your car is parked in the same spot, do you start screaming at them before they hand you the completed work order / bill?

Was told by any apple employee that the report he had and I can't remember the exact order but he said SS Milanese loop, the Sport space gray and the Sport white band where the top 3 ordered. That was about 2 weeks ago.

No apple store any where near me. It's 2 hours to get to a store. We have a Best Buy 30 minutes away that sometimes has Apple Accessories but rarely anything new.

So, quick question, I can't seem to figure out why I can't get the taptic feedback to work. Isn't it supposed to tap you when you get ANY type of notifications? I just got my watch today, setup and everything, and was working fine. I'm trying to figure out the best way to go about testing the taptic feedback though after setup and all of that. I know there's a watch buddies forum, but is there anyway I can add someone from here and you can send me some taps to see if it'll activate the taptic by any chance? Just want to make sure it isn't a problem on my end.

Go into the watch app on your iPhone, go to Sounds & Haptics, and make sure Haptic Strength is turned up all the way. Also make sure silent mode or do not disturb is turned off. If it still doesn't work after that, it may be defective. You can also restart your watch, and make sure it's updated to the latest OS.

Yeah, all of that is done already. Taptic was working fine earlier. If you get a text or anything like that isn't it supposed to tap? Or no? I already updated to 1.0.1

Remember that if you are using your phone (texting yourself to "generate" a notification) the. The watch won't notify you.

Get a friend to text you while your phone is locked/screen off.

Yes, you should get a tap. If you test it by sending yourself a text, there will be a slight delay. What you should do is send yourself a text from your iPhone, lock your phone right away, and wait until you receive it on your watch. Don't unlock your iPhone or else you won't relieve the alert on your watch.
