Oh no :(. Hopefully you get a replacement soon. I see replacements are 24-48 hours. But I don't know if that's true for our model

They offered a replacement but I already have a SS BSB that works exactly as it should. I told them I'd place a fresh order and wait the 5-6 weeks. I really like the Space Black DLC deal, but the way they've handled the Apple Watch launch (especially the SBSS model) has left me wary. I hope they get the kinks out of their production soon. A $1200 digital watch should come out of the box in PERFECT condition and working order IMO.

Not wanting to troll through 248 pages... What are the issues people are having once they get their watches?

Ordered mine this morning. Says 5-6 weeks. Delivers by July 21.

What are the normal eta's? Anyone gotten theirs earlier then promised dates?

I love my 42mm SS version....but saw a black and it's way to beautiful pass up.

Once I get a shipping notice or preparing, this one will go on eBay.
Things are speeding up. We're starting to see the density of orders go down (we're up to :17 on 4/10 for orders right now). Those with "June" don't have an actual window for the SB SS's. We're hoping to see a big chunk of the backorders filled this week - maybe even get through the first hour!

JUST PICKED IT UP. DAMN THIS BOX HAS WEIGHT TO IT. Now Apple Store for ac+ then home to unbox then work!

Yay! You should get it tomorrow. A lot of movement tonight for you!
No...firstly, there's no UPS flights to Canada on Mondays (it's Tues-Friday from Louisville), secondly, Chulan says they send items to Newfoundland from New Brunswick via land & sea. It'll be a few days - believe they told him Thursday or Friday for delivery - looks like that's when it'll be. :(

Oh...and Canadian Customs in Mount Hope (Hamilton), Ontario, only works 8am-4pm. (wish they worked around the clock like the US Customs staff do).

Hoping you are right, sitting here with XX:18.34 Hope it ships this week!

@Sikh i will probably never be clean of McDonalds or Taco Bell. Though when I move to St. Louis I might be. The problem is that here in Fort Collins there is very little in the way of food near parking beyond McDonalds, Taco Bell, Sonic, KFC, Wendy's and Burger King. There is a Chick Fil A but every time I go there I feel like I've been pranked. Why can't they just put mayo on the chicken sandwich when I ask?

It should be illegal to put mayo on a Chic-Fil-A Sandwich... Pickle only. :)

My watch arrived just after 9:00 AM this morning. Had it set up in about ten minutes. Fortunately setting up my wife's watch ONE MONTH AGO allowed me to set up mine quickly. Good luck to those that are still waiting. They said June and it came the first day. Still a ridiculous launch. Having my watch in hand has not changed my attitude about how little we were told about what was happening and why this watch was didn't ship until much later than the other models. Like a previous post, I have concerns about using this launch type next time. With all my bellyaching aside, I love the watch. I have a small wrist and removed four links. Two links off was loose, but fit well like my Omega Seamster Automatic (James Bond Watch, haha) but it made using the digital crown more difficult as it would push the watch up my wrist. I have rather small wrists, as well. It fits, but is not snug as I am not a fan of that. I will be checking into other bands, but after seeing some unboxing videos with this watch other bands, they all pale in comparison to the link band itself. I think I want a sport band of some sort for working out, but I usually don't prefer wearing a watch when I work out. Maybe this will change that. It seems with the speed in which the shipping has improved, July might not be too far away from shipping.

How about this - it doesn't matter! :) You're almost certainly in the next batch getting your watch shipped. Please don't waste an Apple CSR's time asking them to look that up.

And people wonder why Apple products cost so much?? :)
Whoa! Calm down there! The forwarding trick worked like a charm. No need to contact Apple.

Got my watch and I got to say it's worth the extra time and money. I have/had the regular stainless steel and this is so much sleeker looking. It just has a better flow to it. Never was a high fan of the shinny silver bezel (wish they would have done brushed SS on them, guess that would look to much like the aluminum).

I also noticed that the digital crown seems to move much smoother and easier may be do to the weight of the band. Haven't tried it with a different band yet to see.

Hope so! Still 'June' for me.

I agree but **** always happens. Its technology. No matter how perfect apple is, theres always a 1-2%. At least apples DOA is MUCH smaller then most companies.

My only issue with the SBSS 42mm I returned was that the battery could not even last 12 hours with hardly any use. My SS BSB 42mm lasts 2+ days on a single charge.
