When Apple charge your credit card. Does that mean the Watch is being sent any day?
The order can vary (charging your card vs status flipping to PFS), but either is a good sign that your watch is about to ship. Now, that's not including pre-authorizations or routine charge/un-charge for AC+. You need to see the full charge for the watch on your CC.

Did you see Apple do a charge?

We really should be seeing more activity in today's wave. That's one for Germany, one for Australia and one for the US. There should be more charges than that...maybe we hit a big gap in the order timeline?

Really??? Weren't you on the 12th?! That's awesome!

For some reason, Apple didn't send me a notification when it flipped to PFS (and the Deliveries app didn't notice either) - it was when I took a look because of others changing in here).

Let me take a look - see if there's any way I can determine how long it took.

Like any good problem in life, just sleep on it...

PFS baby!

Woke up to the news just now - April 22nd order, Australia, had July 6 - 13 window. Come to Papa!

That's strange, I ordered on the 15th of April (Australia) and I have had no change - still @ processing and a delivery window of 6/7 -14/7 - weird-

You better sign onto the Apple online store and check your order status! If there was a problem charging your card you'll need to get that fixed up quickly so it doesn't delay your order.

Heh. Awesome guys! People were suggesting before that the delta in timing is often due to the different banks (Apple also batches the charges).

@MacLilja. I don't have notifications for either my charge or PFS (both my CC company as well as Apple need a kick in the ass) - I called my CC company - I was charged at 5:45pm - people were starting to flip to PFS about that time as well. So, it was quick last night.

But, as we said before - how long it takes to flip from charged to PFS or PFS to Shipped tends to be really random.

The important thing is to keep an eye on your order status on the Apple site to make damn sure nothing goes wrong with the charge.

How do you see if something goes wrong? Is it if it won't ship or does it say something else if there is a problem?

So USA orders actually moved forward by 12 days? Wow, that's great news! As a 4/14 order, I'm hoping for a charge soon
gold, are you in the states? If you are, better check your status man - make damn sure the charge doesn't get declined! (maybe you're like me and the CC company didn't send out the notification).
