Here's a screen shot of the EOD I got today. I also got a EOD and the order number matched a pair of bands I had ordered (Said 2-3 weeks and got me excited because it also said your watch will ship but the order number wasn't for a watch) but this EOD came in later in the day and order number matched a 38 MM SB SS I had ordered with June Delivery.
Here's the EOD I got with the Bands. Kind of ticked me off at first because it says watch in the message (and subject line) but there is no watch on that order. So it seemed like Apple was trolling me but I got the above one later in the day so at least that was actually about a watch.

Yeah I have no doubts that they will either get our watches on time or early. Apple had until the end of June to get my watch out using the delivery window I got at order. The email I got yesterday says it should ship by the last week of May first week of June. So they cut almost a month of wiggle room from their estimate. I can't see them doing that unless they were confident they could make that. If there was some kind of problem with these they would have just left that month of wiggle room.
I know its been mentioned on here a few times, but I was in the Apple Store the other day because the Powerbeats 2 Wireless which I bought just 2 weeks ago stopped working. While I was waiting 15 minutes for my walk-in appointment I had a look at a few things. New iPad, Macbooks, Watches, etc.
When I had a look at the watch I specifically wanted to look at the colour of the SS Space Black. One thing I noticed is that when looking at it face on (with the display case lighting beaming down on it) it looked more like a space grey colour, but when looking at it from the rear it looked darker. Not pitch black, but certainly darker. Just looked so nice and made me want it more.

Received Mine on Wednesday
I placed my order in the early morning of April 10th, sometime between 3:00 am and 4:00 am EDT. I received a shipping date of May 13 - May 27. I received a pending charge on my credit card which eventually disappeared. I must admit that I was very disappointed! I saw this thread, and I realized I wasn't the only one. However, I just resigned to wait for the watch to appear later this month.
Wednesday morning, I checked my email and discovered I had a message from Apple with shipping information! At approximately 10:00 am EDT, UPS rang my doorbell and delivered my watch!
