This morning when I got up, my Deliveries app switched from 51 days to 80. (think my blood pressure spiked a bit). Then I remembered the people that the app was switching from the first of the month to the end...yep, that's what it did.
Apple still says July - Deliveries app now says July 31st.
I've heard people talking about tracking before it even ships - how are you doing this? I have Deliveries too but don't know how to even begin tracking something I don't have details for yet. lol I can understand a countdown to your window, but tracking? Explain pretty please.

The Deliveries app for the iPhone will keep track of your Apple order, notify you of any status changes, then give you updates on any changes in the courier, until it's delivered.
You can also setup notifications on your credit card (so then you'll know when you're charged) - either PFS or charging the CC is the first step. They don't always go in order. I know of one guy that actually received his watch before the CC was charged.

Thank you! Never knew it could do that, just added it. Still says 15 days since that's May 27th (end of my window), so hopefully it updates soon.

If you join UPS My Choice then you can track my reference using your Phone number or your apple order number (number only no letters) it could show your watch orders minutes, hours and sometimes days before apple will give you an update.
Looks like nobody will be getting these on Day 1 of the shipping window. That sucks a lot. If nobody gets any this week, then Apple should have said 5-6 weeks instead of 4-6 weeks.
I know I know, even if they deliver by May 27 it's still technically "on time" but this is far from what I expected when everyone was saying the shipping dates were conservative. The middle (or even end) of a shipping window is far from conservative.

It doesn't help that they kept saying "some people" will be getting theirs before their estimates, creating a false hope in groups like ours. When you continue to fill orders ahead of schedule for everyone except a specific model, don't be surprised when they get upset that theirs didn't also.
I might be mistaken but if Space Black watches aren't in the hands of customers by Wednesday, it will be the first time a model has completely missed being shipped on the first day of a window to at least one customer.

Then Wednesday come apple will last minute send an email saying how sorry they are that it will finally be shipped in 7 months and will be known as apple watch 1.5 and will feature a new SS alloy stronger than that used at willy wonkas chocolate factory and dragon tear coated sapphire glass.
