Stainless Steel Space Black Shipping Status

Just got charged last night! Of course the charge was declined by Capital One due to fraud concerns. Got it straightened out. 42mm SSSBL 3:02 EST confirmation.

I am abandoning all other threads, devoting time to this one thread only.

Keeping an eye out for shipping times and hopefully making it through all of our orders sooner than later. It would be a bumpy road reminiscent of Mr Toads Wild Ride, but worth the emotional roller coaster.

I am tired of all this speculation, let's see these SSSB on our wrists!!


And yes, it is 2:51am PT and I can't sleep. Keeping an eye on this thread isn't helping.
 
The latest order time I've seen thus far for ours is :04

If we can get people to post their order times and size as their status changes, that will help the later ones. 🙂

Well, baloopookie is in the UK and has an :04 and got charged, so your watch is coming dude...likely a change in the next few hours.

Yep, but you'll likely lose a couple days before you get it.

You'll need to call UPS as soon as you get your tracking number - unless you have UPS My Choice - maybe you can do a forward for all UPS deliveries before you have the tracking number? (maybe then you won't lose any time?)

It shouldn't cost anything to change, provided it hasn't shipped yet. Depends if he's able to change it before it leaves the distribution centre.

Problem with the DLC? There were plenty of the watches made for store displays.

Unknown how popular it might be? Not one shipped. We're there no watches even made?

If they knew the SSSB would be delayed at the start, they could have a disclaimer when we ordered the watch. No communication from Apple. Feels like we're left in the dust.

The disclaimer was the 'June' estimated shipping date. Not sure what other communication is necessary beyond them telling us the watch is coming in June, not April.

It was up to us to decide if we still wanted the the black stainless, even though it was coming in June, or opt for a different model that would come sooner.

We made our choice. No sense in complaining about it now. And besides, we'll enjoy the hell out of it when it comes ... or at least I will.
 
I think it goes to show, anyone that should be getting charged today - if your bank is open, giving them a call to know this is coming may not be a bad idea at all!! 🙂
