You're complaining they sent it back because it wasn't in the condition you stated it was. Clearly you want everything handed to you on a platter. It was your choice to send it to Amazon, it was your choice not to check that box, and it was your choice to state the phone was in a different condition than it was in. I don't see how you can fault Amazon here. The only fault I'm seeing, is yours.
FINALLY YOU GOT IT. I am warning other people so they do not make the same choice of using the service. Sell the phone on your own. Laziness cost money.
By the way the phone was in better condition that I stated. For the last time, I wanted the phone returned, if they said that the phone was not in the condition that I sent it.
I will explain you the business model:
50'000 send you a phone thinking that they will get 200$
Some of them check the box asking to return the phone if not in the condition that it was stated. The majority will accept any price.
lets say that they quote the item at 20 $.
20 x 50'000 = 1'000'000 pay out
let' say that to the 50 percent of the people that do not want the item returned they say that it was in worst condition.
10 x 25000 = 250'000 pay out +
20 x 25000 = 750'000 pay out.
Well they just made 250k $ based on your trust....
not saying that this is exactly they way is done..., but it makes you think....

No, just stating my opinion that you story doesnt make sense.
Even from the beginning of the thread you were acting irrational and nutty.
Obviously English is not your language and you cant read or undestand well.
The quote was $200 but before they even saw the phone. And obviously they dont take your word for it. They have to inspect it when it arrives and when it did it wasnt in the condition you indicated and they just mailed it back to you.
Not that hard to understand.
So take it and sell it for more then like you said, what is the problem?
Probably because you cant and its beat up and in bad shape most likely.
this is the best phone I ever had, and it was in good condition. I am not gaining anything on this rant. I get a lot of help from this boards, and I want to share my experience with people that may be faced with the decision of what to do with their phone.
Since iphones can be compared to a commodity (price) the value of such commodity will greatly decrease based on major events.(new phone in this case) So my advise is to sell your phone on your own as soon as possible. (As you also stated ).

Was the steel band scratched from a case? Eh... I guess we'll have to see your pics to decide.
