So that's the business model, huh? Yeah, sounds legit.I will explain you the business model:
for the commodity reason. Since it took so long to process the item, the phone now is not worth what it was worth before. If they sell it wholesale, they cannot even make the 200$ now. So they rather pay a few dollars for shipping and return it back to me, than loosing 30-40$ on the phone assuming that they have to pay me the real value of a phone in good condition as originally quoted.(200$). (Thank you for asking that, I had not thought of it)
Yes, but like you said above you can sell it for around $300 so why cant they sell it instead and pocket the $80-100 profit?
OK I'll biteI know some smart ass will come and say, oh your phone must have been in bad conditions etc.
There 6 billion opinions in this world. But if this is a contract, this has certainly been poorly written, and it may lead to false interpretation.
i may need some writing classes, but many also need some reading and comprehension classes.
I sent my iPhone 3GS in just a few weeks ago. Not only we they slow processing my shipment. But my revised offer was $13!!! Down from the $110 advertised offer. My iPhone was in pretty good shape, good screen, and little wear on the back but otherwise good condition. Bait and switch advertising. I declined the offer, so am waiting for it to be returned.
Heres my receipt from two if my iPhone 4S's through Amazon.
