Thank you Steve, for being such an amazing innovator and a personal inspiration to myself and to millions of others. You will be severely missed, but your memory and your legacy will live on. May more people aspire to be like you and leave their mark by improving the world much like you did. Rest in peace.

Say what you want about his career and him as a person, but his parting shot was to pull a Kanye on Sarah Palin's "I'm not running for president! Everyone look at me!" attempt.

And for that, sir, I tip my hat to you.

Thanks for making my life better, easier, and helping make my business run smoother.

You sir are without a doubt, a genius.

Thank you

As a major innovator and visionary, Steve Jobs will be sorely missed. He truly enhanced lives through his technology. Thoughts go out to his family and friends.

I too had some feeling about that empty "Reserved" seat was for Steve...

I noticed that, too.

Sorry, Sarah P...no one really cares.

This is, for me, the JFK moment for our generation. I don't think I ever understood the sadness they felt back 1963, when someone so special was taken too early. I think I do now.

Even death is not to be feared by one who has lived wisely. Rest In peace Steve, Your Legacy will live on forever.

I just recently bought an original iPhone for $90 on Craigslist in pristine condition. I go on my fav tech site a few minute ago and the first thing I see is news on his death.

So sad. :(

Such a punch in the stomach.

Steve Jobs, you changed me to become a pescetarian and to make every single day of my life count and meaningful. That, I want to say thank you. Breaks my heart to hear about this a day after the 4S gets announced and the day I bought the original iPhone again that changed the world.

Only 56-years young.

RIP

This should be done at any future Apple event :)

Same, I found out in the exact same way.

I found out from a text from my sister and mother, as they received the CNN news notification on their phone's; but I know exactly how you guys feel.

The iPhone 4S is even more important to me now, as I'm sure Siri was his swan song.

I will cherish my iPad even more and look forward to seeing it prosper as the years pass (Your baby, if there ever was one, IMHO).

RIP Steve, you will be missed.

Thank you for all you've done. You were inspiration to us all. This is such a sad day.

Things Steve taught me:

Things Steve taught me:

1. Learn, learn, learn
2. Do what you love and...
3. Be awesome at it until you...
4. Fail
5. Repeat steps 2-3 until you...
6. Succeed

And, of course...

7. "Never settle"

I will Miss you. I know you are killed by the Doctors. Peace

I will Miss you. I know you were killed by the Doctors. Peace.
:apple:

Steve is healthy. But Apple offer him annual health check from the "best doctors" for free.

The best doctors found Steve has something wrong. ( you know, no one is perfect. ) The "wrong" thing won's be found by non-best doctors.

And the Doctor promise Jobs the "best" ( and of course the most advanced and most expensive) plan to "heal" Jobs.

Then, the doctors gave Jobs the Best Liver. And the doctors said that Jobs have very good chance to heal himself by this "Advanced and best" plan.

Then we all know what happened.

Honestly, if Steve just do everything as usual, be happy, he can live longer and enjoy more of his life.

No one can heal cancer. Just leave it as it is.

So, my conclusion is, Doctors killed Jobs.

( My dad was found Liver cancer by a "Super good" doctor. The doctor said my dad only had 3 months left, and he recommend "advanced and of course expensive" plans to treat my dad. We are poor, we cannot afford it. And my dad also do not want to stay in the hospital for too long. So, we went home. We didn't tell my dad what the "super good doctor" said. And my mom just bought some Chinese medicine that can make liver strong. My dad died 2 years later peacefully. And he didn't have a lot of pain physically and mentally like what Steve had in his last 2 years.)
