Yeah, but, Lucky, if you're really lucky, then it's totally possible that he was very unlucky.

you should've read the post that I was replying to. i'm saying the guy deserves his punishment, and nothing more. not defending him, but saying that he's no better or worse than your common pickpocket.

so you're not a "cluuuub" type guy. that's cool, I respect that, neither am I. however, i'd like to point out that it takes less-than-optimal environments to make you pour your life into the "cluuuub" lifestyle.

I'm just pointing out if he needs money he could just not have spent it there and spent it where it needed to be spent so perhaps he didn't have to burgulararararize a house. Lol.

Scum. Parents and perp... I can't stand when things happen like this - even though it was random.

People attempting to vandalize Lynyrd Skynyrd band members' graves, the need to relocate Elvis, Johnny Cash's house burning down... Steve Jobs' house being robbed is on a whole other level.

The level of insecurity that comes on from a home invasion is unlike any other feeling. This is NOT what the Jobs' family should have to worry about. So sad. I hope whatever lost was recovered.

Burglars commit huge crimes with clear intentions and would kill or wound anyone who gets in the way. People who commit such an act of invasion, robbing a house, should receive the death penalty and should not be allowed to sue if he breaks his ankle in the house. Remember that robber who fell through a skylight and sued the house owner because he broke his ankle? Yeah, too bad he landed on his feet and not his head.

I was gonna say that seems over the top. But then I remembered I'd like to put litterers on that list. So...go for it.

Shame on Kariem McFarlin (the perp). I wish I could have a long talk with his parents and ask them why their mid-30s son is just a piece of garbage.

There's plenty of rehabilitation schemes you can get involved in. Stop talking the talk and do something if that's how you feel. Or are you just overreacting because it's SJ's home?

lol point taken. people need in general just to chill out.

I was reading the police report of the theft and found this "About this mac" screen from a stolen iMac from Steve's residence:

And ... $1

And ... $1.

LOVE THAT! Even in Death Steve has a sense of humor and humble.
I'll bet that was a reminder of his iCEO position of being paid only $1 a year salary. I think THAT is why he worked so damn hard almost making his recovery impossible ... because he know just how important it was to have Apple safe & secure!!

Well done Mr. Jobs well done!

Now that the Olympics are over, what else are they supposed to do? :D

Yes we have nothing to do now but sip tea, have a good game of croquet on the lawn, and shout "good show old man" in respect for our neighbours fine handlebar moustache.
