Umm, hello! Fairplay is gone now. It's a legacy DRM that Apple has removed from all music. So why aren't they removing it for legal owners of music they can't play anymore?

Because it's so simple to just remove it yourself by burning cds of the songs and reimporting them into iTunes without it? There are so few people who messed up their music like you have, with different iTunes accounts, giving away your computers with songs still on them I suppose so your friends and relatives can have all your media and software for free (illegal). You brought this on yourself and Apple isn't obligated to help you.

Every method suggested to me was too clunky, time consuming, or just too much of a hassle for just 9 songs.

And btw, there's a difference between not deauthorizing a computer and giving illegal music away for free. I never said I left music on any of the computers I junked or gave away or sold.

Good grief. Life is so hard. #firstworldmillenialproblems
