This pretty much says it best. Through all his travels I'm wishing him a peaceful journey! Good vibrations! IF Jobs situation further worsens or is unrecoverable - nobody lives forever (everybody wants to go to heaven but fears death, the vehicle to get there) - but I'll play Natural Mystic by Bob Marley if it comes to that. Sorry about feeling morbid.
interesting set to photos ... this clearly shows what all of us have been seeing and concerned about. Last week I was insulted that my concern for Phil Schillers overweight body needs to be changed to help ppl focus on what he has to say along with concerns of his health and yet we have 3 threads in short of over 1.5weeks on Jobs LOOSING weight! Am I the bad guy?

Hello? Me and a few others PINNED HEALTH as soon as there was NO JOBS AT KEYNOTE.
Ask yourself, what would KEYNOTE have been like if Jobs took his leave BEFORE the keynote? The entire week would have been about Jobs.
Therefore, lets announce no Jobs at Keynote (the successor has been planned for a long time). All the rumors that are normally from reliable sources go out the door, not one was right? ? That's because Apple pulled them and fed us the above with intentions of releasing these products in the very near future to show that Apple is fine.
Then came Macworld, nothing, then they fed us the hormone story and now the leave. WAKE UP. I can't believe know one is seeing this. Maybe because I was the director of marketing and worked in P.R., who knows, but after re-reading this thread, it became as CLEAR AS DAY.
This is a huge, super secret marketing and P.R. campaign in order to go out with a bang. There will be new products announced and all will look fine.
The problem is, this is bad news for Steve, so get well soon.
The other bad thing is Steve probably thought this marketing plan up too so while they will appear to be doing all the correct things, it was once again Jobs pulling all the strings in weaving this fine woven thread of deception (although I understand the privacy, but he is the CEO and does have to anwser to investors)..
This has got to be the best SECRET to date - you watch. This will happen.
I was right about his health a while ago, and this plan is as plain as day, it doesn't look good though for Mr. Jobs.
If anyone here prays, great, I do too, but don't you think there are a lot of things we should be praying for too in addition to Steve? Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with that but think of all the people around the world, our armed forces, the homeless, the sick, the poor, so many needs. Don't forget about them - and watch how this roles out.

It is also a good opportunity to see how things work in Apple without Steven. Sure that he will be involved for important issues, but I'm quite sure that after June he will come with nice ideas for the next generation of Apple's products.

Honestly... It's not like they announced anything big at macworld so there goes your theory..
Strange, I know.
But think about it.
First, no more Mac World, then, Jobs won't be doing it, meanwhile there are rumors on many sites about new products, even the updates in the OS show new products, then comes mac world, no products, every SINGLE rumor site was wrong? A-huh. Then comes the hormone problem and now the leave of absence. Meanwhile websites are all 100% wrong, macworlds a dud, and even the manufactures of the rubber nanos (remember those images) are wrong.
Additionally, I just read something similar and articles like the one below, I wouldn't put it past them, not one bit.

We had dozens of rumors (all turned out wrong for the first time ever), we had the OS pointing to new products, but there were none...
Am telling you there were PRODUCTS, they were pulled, Jobs pulled out (they didn't want, "...what happened to Jobs, what happened to Jobs...." if he had left earlier, so they waited, then came the letter, now the leave of absence.
All the new stuff comes out SOONER rather than later giving everyone the impression, "....oh look, Apple is doing fine, they are releasing this and that, and whoo whoo whoo...."
It can't be any clearer. In fact, if investors were smart, there could be a hearing about this.
