If I were lucky enough to be there at that time, I would have much rather conversed with the Woz than purchase a stupid iPhone. Woz rocks.

To those who have their box signed by the Woz, so cool. :)

This Woz guy - wasn't he on dancing with the stars? I thought I saw him someplace....
:D

I bet a book on Steve Wozniak and Paul Allen focused on what they did for both leaders (SJ & BG) would be interesting and a good read.

Both the Woz and Paul are very talented individuals.

Some pictures. How do I make them smaller? :(

Woz should have bought everybody in line their new phones...it would be like
"us" buying a burger. Kind of like Oprah.

Excellent story. Woz is one of the few people of any level of celebrity I'd consider talking to.

Omg, it's great that he's so cool he just came along and pushed in front of people who'd been there for hours/days..!?

If Bill Gates did that at the launch of one of microsoft's products you'd all be laughing at him and saying how up himself and how much of a dick he is.. just pointing something else.

Excellent research. Since your post isn't based on facts, why are you here?

I have a hard time considering people who can afford an iPhone to be in need of charity. But I'd buy him burger if he asked.

...

He built the Apple II virtually alone and created the personal computer as we know it today.

No, he did not build the Apple II "alone," and even with the Apple I he needed help from 6502 co-creator Chuck Peddle to get the machine running.

I like Woz; there is no denying his brilliance. But you folks need to realize he didn't invent the personal computer singlehandedly. That's Apple Revisionism. The ancestors of the machine you are now using were born from the genius and passion of many different men and women.

Where's his head?

Some pictures. How do I make them smaller? :(

Why is Woz’ face/head not on his body in the image on the camera’s display?

People should read before posting comments-

From Wikipedia-

Stephen Gary "Woz" Wozniak (born August 11, 1950 in San Jose, California) is an American computer engineer who founded Apple Computer (now Apple Inc.) with Steve Jobs. His inventions and machines are credited with contributing significantly to the personal computer revolution of the 1970s. Wozniak created the Apple I and Apple II computers in the mid-1970s.

Maybe we would have had personal computers without the two Steves, but that is moot.

One ex-girlfriend was Kathy Griffin, so is it any wonder he would jailbreak her iPhone?

Wozniak founded a new venture called CL 9, which developed and brought the first programmable universal remote control to market in 1987. Wozniak also taught fifth-grade students.

While he may not have made Forbes' billionaire lists, he is wealthy compared to most of us. Jobs is listed at 5.7 billion. Personally, I'd rather have my good health.

If you notice you ll see that the girls head is hge on the camera. That's the focusing thing on the camera..Thats why you cant see his head as the bacground of the the girl's head is over his:D

What research? equalsabracket was offering an opinion. and to be honest, i think it's accurate. if steve balmer or bill gates showed up at the launch of any microsoft product and then proceeded to get in line in front of a bunch of customers, you would say that it was obnoxious. showing up is cool. budding in line is not, especially because it may have meant that some actual customer went home empty handed. he should have entered the back of the line like every other person on the planet. just because you've put him on a pedestal doesn't mean everybody else has.
