I don't think you understand how game development works.
I dont.
But several developers out there are willing to put in the extra effort to make a game for each platform independently. Other dont want to do this and make one copy then port it, which always ends up screwing someone over.
ps 3 is a nice machine. for me it still has the same problem it had on release. not a good enough game library for many. BUT it has gotten better. Maybe by the end of 2010.

Im actually pretty happy with its library now I just want the mass amount of rpgs the ps 2 had. ps 3 has a few but its really weak in comparison to the xbox 360 or ps 2.

i go to where the games are that I want to play I dont care who makes it.
I dont understand how people can still complain about the ps3 game library. In the spring (i think) i saw an article comparing IGN's games scores for every platform. The ps3 had way more titles in the 8.5+ range than anything else. This year isnt much different really, with Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, Infamous, Killzone, and Demon's Souls i dont see what is missing...

Wow thats your excuse...it doesn't have any games...man I thought people who thought that was extinct. The PS3 has IMO the best variety of games this generation ranging from shooters to family friendly games. Its weird hearing people say "the ps3 library isn't as good as the 360 or it will get better" when in fact their library is basically the same with the exception of exclusive which the PS3 excels. Sony has been pumping out excellent exclusives the whole year....it makes me scratch my head that people still say this:confused:
