Supply of Apple's 27" iMac drying up as Ivy Bridge upgrade awaits

Anyone have any experience using trackpad on iMac? I love the multi touch on my previous mbp but I was wondering how does it feel on the iMac. I know the keyboard are bluetooth is that the same for the mouse/pad?

I use the Magic trackpad with my 2006 iMac and love it. Works great....

And if apple will release the iMac in October it will be death blow to the quarter and to the Mac line, as no one will buy iMac until
October..
So again all point to July.
Unless some really stupid people start to run apple....

Hmmm. Don't know if this means anything, but I have a story along the same lines. On June 30, I brought my 2010 2.93 i7 iMac to an Apple Store because the FW port was dead. They said they'd have to replace the logic board and it would take a couple of days to get the part. They told me to take my iMac home so I can still use it while I wait for them to contact me. I still have yet to hear from them. Could be I fell off their radar, but it could be a stock issue.

I would LOVE for it to be a stock issue in my case. They also had me bring my iMac home, although I can't use it as it is simply DOA. How happy would I be for them to be out of the current stock and have to replace my dead machine with a new mid-2012 model
