Same here. Got it in tonight and the volume rockers wont work and had to be punched. At that point, they are unusable due to the depth. Stay away. Seriously Switcheasy, I loved your products, how did this ever get approved?

Some photos of the Nude for you all. Clear.
There are plastic tab covers now on the volume and power button, that do work fine without issue (for me at least). Others are apparently having issues with these.
The bottom pic has the plastic cover over the port/headphone jack, perfect fit.
Better fit than my 4S case, which was the exact one.

What exactly do you think looks horrible about it? Just curious, it's the same style they have used on all of their cases.
I get nothing but compliments on it.
I really don't care, just wondering what you dislike?
I have a question, if you put the phone facing down on a table, does the case hava a "lip" that protects the front screen, or is the phone laying flat on the screen itself?

post some pictures of the black, I like it but other the comments on getting scratches on the sides is a let down. Anyone concerned? I know they have an included back protector leaving the sides exposed to scratches. Any one care to share their experience?

Thanks for the pics! I got the nude one as well for my white iPhone 5. I wanted to maintain the sheer beauty of the iPhone 5 and just have a simple case so I don't have to be worried about scratching the back when I put it on the table. It is being shipped this Monday! Hopefully it'll arrive by the end of the week.
Nude in black, the volume buttons were worthless with out breaking them off at the end it worked out perfect and looks pretty sick in my opinion

Does this case have enough of a raised edge on the front that you could place this phone screen-side down worry free?
is this case easy to remove? this looks like it will be the case I go for once my replacement iphone arrives, also does the crystal scratch up very easily or does it have some kind of coating on it?

I ordered the ultraclear case early Sunday and got the same email... Paypal receipt, but nothing from Switcheasy...
Guess its normal.
Hopefully this case is better than people are saying on here.
I ordered mine on a Thursday morning and was shipped out same day along with USPS tracking info got it the next day, as far as quality I guess it's hit and miss.
Could you snap a quick pic of the back of phone with case on? Im looking to see what the black one looks like in black. TIA
