I got the Nude in black this morning, and I really don't like it. The plastic feels really cheap, I can't get the volume and lock buttons to work no matter how much I fiddle with it, and it's even worse when you punch them out because the depth is wrong.

I liked that it came with a back protector, but the one that came with mine is damaged at the corners, so I didn't even get that out of my $20.

Big waste of money for me. Glad it's working out for others, though. The clear does look nice.

Just got one today. It's horrible, just some really cheap plastic cover. The volume button doesn't fit right until you yank it, power/sleep button is really hard to press...

I have typically used Switcheasy cases for my iPhone3G and 4 - however with my 4 I realized the quality and fit of their products are going downhill IMHO. My friend got the NUDE for his iPhone5, and after just a day his white iphone antenna sides have little scuffs as his case is a little too wide. Its a shame, as I loved their cases before, and was hoping their quality maybe had got better. Just my two cents.

Gosh, I am really surprised at the disappointment on this case.

I like it a lot, and have no issues with the buttons at all.

Oh well, sorry you folks have trouble with it; I am sure the company will refund your 19.99.

Received mine today and it's going straight back.
The £2 smoked clear case I purchased from amazon is far,far better than this.
I expected more switcheasy so my next case will not be the new capsule rebel.

hmm, the Tones looks pretty nice. like an update to the old Eclipse for the 4/4S. it looks like this will be an even tighter fit with the plastic going up both sides.

My Switcheasy Nude came in Saturday. It definitely feels like a cheap plastic but mine does fit perfectly.

Didn't have to punch anything out to make it work; the sleep/wake button and the volume buttons work properly and easily.

I just don't like the fact that there is no front lip on the case for a "lay on the table" design.

But regardless, I am assuming a lot of people probably got a bad batch or something and should return or exchange them because they are not all like that.

Got this case on it's way to me having had one for the 4 a couple of years back which I was pleased with. Having read this thread (after placing the order) it looks like the quality may have dropped since then Will be sending it straight back if that is the case when it arrives.

Damn, just read these reviews and I have one on the way set to deliver today. Bummer. Maybe I'll just go nude with mine and avoid a case if they area all prone to scratching the aluminum.

Just wanted to add to this I got both the Belkin Clear View and the Switcheasy Nude in black, and the Switcheasy is superior to the Belkin, although I'm not crazy about either one. The clear plastic on the Belkin got scratched to hell just from putting it on the phone. I contacted them about returning it, but no reply yet. It just looks and feels cheap.

I did have issues at first with the volume buttons on the Switcheasy, but after taking it off and putting it on the way the directions show (insert the phone by putting the left side in first, up against the buttons, then push down the right side) they work fine now. I'm going to continue using the Switcheasy until I find something better. I think the plastic still scratches up something awful, but since it's tinted black the scratches don't show the way they did with the clear Belkin.

Just can't emphasize enough how awful the Belkin clear model looked. I wasn't rough with it either. After just inserting the phone and doing nothing else, it looked like the back of my phone was covered in scratches, just because the plastic got all scratched up.

What a waste of money and time to get this case. Its not worth a single dime. The volume button acts wierd and its too tight with sharp edges i was worried it might scratch the aluminium while taking it out.

I received my ultraclear Nude this morning. It fit perfectly and all buttons work great!! It also looks pretty good on the black iPhone, and barely adds any mass.

Most def worth the $20 bucks I paid!!!! Happy customer here...

Received my case in black today. I have NOT had any issues with the volume button as others have indicated. Not really sure if I like the case though. It's super thin and sleek, but you don't get to see any of the slate color at all.

I've never liked the clear cases because the dirt and dust that gets trapped beneath shows up really bad. Clear always shows scratches worse as well.

Trying to decide if I'm going to send it back or not. It's certainly not terrible, but I'm just not feeling it.

Does come with a lot of extras. Posted some pics below.
