Upon checking, the order is still in back order and we have received an update the phone will be shipped on October, although we do not have exact date as to when you will receive the phone. No worries, as you will not yet be charged for the phone until the phone has been successfully shipped and we will ship the product as soon as it's available, on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
I was explicitly instructed by T-Mobile to purchase the 5s "in-store" so I showed up to my local store at 8:01 and was the second customer. Half way through the order, they casually mentioned that "we don't have any 5s's" and they are "ship only" across the carrier but assured me that store orders would have priority in shipping.

Long story short, by the time the phone was actually ordered 32GB Space Grey it was likely 8:30AM on Friday EST. Right now, my tracking number says it will be delivered by end of day Thursday, September 26th. I have the feeling ordering first thing online would have been the better strategy.

Anyone else?
 
On release day I was praying to luck up on a White 32GB 5s, but I had to have T-Mobile order it for me. My payment was processed today and it should be at my doorstep as we speak according to UPS Tracking. I just wish the cases from the other manufactures aligned with the release of the phone :mad: but that's a rant for another thread :cool:

I've been charged already though. Not sure if that makes a difference

I still don't understand how they don't have any idea when they will get phones to ship out. I should've just ordered the space grey and I probably would've had it already.

Damnit, just received my 64gb 5s that I paid extra for shipping and there's a pressure point on the screen. There was practically no protective material in the UPS package. I have to return it. How fast is T-Mobile at exchanges/returns?

I didn't order from T-Mobile because I couldn't figure out how just buy the phone and get the $30/month plan. The T-Mobile site insists on monthly payments and at least $50/month for a plan, and $10 extra for the SIM.

Just take it to the Apple store. At this time I believe they'll you a brand new one.
 
The Gold iPhone 32GB ordered at 6:30AM EST on the 20th won't be coming to me until October 15th says T-Mobile u'h

Why don't you just order it with payments? There is no interest... and you can just pay it off immediately after you get it.

If you go that route it appears that you also have to sign up for a $50/month or greater service plan. I want the $30/month (limited phone time but the most data) "prepaid" plan.

that's what happened to me for the first few days, it basically means the shipping label was made but it hasn't been shipped yet
 
Ordered last Friday thru T-mobile website around 3:05am. Patiently waiting for a 16gb gold Iphone 5s which is currently backordered. Contacted a customer associate asking if the 9/30 estimated delivery is still accurate. Told me that it is since I'm not part of the "October" batch. I'm tempted to cancel the order and just get the gray one because the waiting is killing me. But the gold one looks super nice in person. I hope it ships soon.
 
bad t-mobile

I checked my account online and my order is canceled I have had nothing but bad luck with T-Mobile since joining May 2013 they claim the reason for my order to be canceled is due to a chat season with t-mobile I did not authorize t-mobile to cancel my order I did not even mention the word cancel all I said in the chat was when would the order ship out. This was for the Gold iPhone so now I am out of luck cause t-mobile cares less about current customers and if I am to re-order I would be on the bottom of this list and a higher down payment due to this order been canceled without authorization from customer. Worst provider ever
 
Ordered one 16 gig Space Gray and one 16 gig Goooooooold.

Both have shipped and will be here on Monday. I never upgrade shipping because all my phones from TMO arrive the next day w/ UPS Ground. See, there are some benefits to living in middle America.

On another note, did anyone notice that they showed up early on
