T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Found this game on another forum.

The person above adds the first and last name of a famous person.
The next person has to think of a famous person who's first name begins with the first letter of the previous last name.

Example
Hugh Jackman

Jack Nicholson

Nicollette Sheridan

and so on...

Since this is a T-Mo thread is anyone considering getting the free router from them for WiFi calling? I know its not necessary, but its also a free router with 802.11AC.
 
First time back here in awhile...

Sounds like I'm in the same boat as a lot of people. I got screwed over by TMobile not being available on the Apple Store App. Preordered as soon as it went up on Apple.com and have an estimated arrival date of Oct 6. So I tried ordering one through T-Mobile.com, couldn't do it. I had to order over the phone. Currently at backordered...I hope it ships on Thursday, fingers crossed! Whichever one doesn't ship first I'll cancel the other.

If it can be proven to have only voip prioritization tweaks then yeah, I'd upgrade my router for $25.
 
So.. I've read the 40 or so most recent pages, and I'm still puzzled. Does anyone know if tmobile will actually deliver the first batch of preordered phones on Friday? I'm having mine delivered to my office, and IDK if I'm going to need to camp out in the lobby of my building over the weekend :mad:

I had a shipping estimate of 9/20 from Friday until middle of the day Monday. None since then. I really am not too worried until thursday roles around. Maybe tomorrow I'll worry a little.

Sounds just like me. I woke up at 3 EDT, kept trying, fell asleep, woke up at just the right time (thank God) for the site to start accepting orders. Which phone configuration did u get? Either way, I hope we somehow get priority.

Just spent a few minutes in the AT&T thread and it's stressing me out. Kinda glad to be in the dark for now, hah.
 
I don't believe in the Jump fiasco from this weekend. I think they just had to address it to cover thier butts. Like I said earlier, iPhone 6+ Jump orders wouldn't have "jumped" really anybody because there werent any available to begin with. And they are not going to screw over everybody else that ordered on time.

Its a sucky situation for jump people but HOPEFULLY everyone (or at least most people) will get their devices Friday or soon after.

I took a peek yesterday, AT&T Silver 128 GB 6+ had an estimated delivery of right around Thanksgiving.
 
Got an AMEX alert that T-Mobile just charged my AMEX $61.19.

That would be $54.20 in taxes and fees (for the iPhone 6) and another $6.99 shipping.

JUMP customer here. Ordered at about 2 p.m. Friday (after trying all day).
 
As a JUMP! customer who couldn't get JUMP! when I preordered, I'm starting to question whether or not I actually need it. Selling on eBay will get me closer to retail value than the trade-in T-Mobile will give me, I can save $20 if I just get AppleCare+ instead of using the insurance that comes with JUMP!, and I can upgrade without paying off 50% of the device. Am I missing something?

Not to mention the deductible is far less. 79 compared to 179 with JUMP.

Honestly JUMP is only good for us JUMP1 users
 
You should all read T-Mobile twitter account. It will help keep all the bsers and stupid supposed cscrep responses in check. The official response is that all orders show backordered until launch day 9/19 then orders will be fulfilled and sent out. So no one is getting a phone until after the launch day from T-Mobile. Check it out for yourselves and stop the madness

Should I get AppleCare+ on top of my current JUMP!?

Unless you ordered Express and purchased very early, you won't get it Saturday. Otherwise maybe Friday (depending on when/what you ordered, maybe Monday or another weekday later on.
