Doing the tracking as mentioned above with using the exact 9 digit zipcode does work. It came up showing 1 pkg matching my info

It's a glitch with UPS. You can type literally anything into it and it will show a package.

"I hereby decree that "suitsandtech" be located and burned at the stake for his false witness to a certain "Mail Innovations" at 11:40pm EST and spreading this falsehood throughout the land of "Thread". You have 2 minutes to turn yourself in or we go thread by thread until you are found!"

Maybe its better that we dont know our shipping dates. The people in the other carriers threads are freaking out because they are all getting dates varying from late October into early November.

I just hope that I don't get a surprise on thirsday with a Estidated date of November

If some are truly finding their orders on UPS under Mail Innovations, then it's possible that they are starting to ship out orders that have the cheapest shipping. If you don't know, Mail Innovations is a partnership between UPS and the post office. UPS starts the shipment and then hands it off to the the post office. It could be that these are being entered into the system but not actually shipped yet.

If you chose faster shipping, then you are wasting your time trying to find it under Mail Innovations

I paid for overnight and UPS found something for me under Mail Innovations

that's a tad worrisome

edit: used the order # and my zip+4

Hey guys,

I'm new here, but I saw the reports about tracking with Mail Innovations. I'm pretty sure there's just a bug in their system and it's giving us false positives.

You can actually type in ANYTHING into the reference number field and it will tell you a package is in the system. You can even type in random things occasionally and you'll get an actual tracking number for USPS.

Edit: Sorry guys. I didn't mean to make everyone sad. I'm waiting on 2 iPhones myself.

well I'm not sure if that makes me feel better or worse :-/

You may want to check the last 2 pages :)

Mail Innovations is a broken site... very very broken

Speaking of which, lets dig back, find the person responsible for advising of Mail Innovations and burn him at the stake in sign of our displeasure to the Magenta gods!!!!!

We should!! darn it! i was starting to get excited that they found my order in the system

Reading this made me wonder - did the promo say that JUMP orders specifically were prioritized or JUMP customers? I am a JUMP customer who couldn't order via JUMP because the system was down, so I did a normal upgrade. Not sure if this was common, but it would sure help me...

To my understanding, it was JUMP! orders that were prioritized.

I had a dream about the iPhone 6 Plus preorder and receiving my phone last night. I need to take a step back.

This thread has gotten pretty hilarious. Its nice to know I'm not the only crazy one out there...

But it is also keeping me from being too productive at work too LOL

Honestly the JUMP priority seems like a ********* PR stunt. From what i heard there's in nothing in the system for jump! to have priority and it is indeed first come first served. The CS reps also say some bull about getiing it as soon as it comes out (which by the demand) imm not sure how they can make that gaurantee for any customer. That being said if your device is actually on backorder "backorder" meaning they dont have enough inventory on day of the launch you will get a message saying that. And also if you're device is not backordered on the 18th you will get a message giving shipping details. This is bull though because i thought their was priority for JUMP! But the cs rep after reviewing the details concerning the preorder said there was no update regarding the Jumo! program

I'm switching to AT&T after I pay off my phone. Too many dead spots in my area. I thought going through tmo would be the quickest way to get the 6+.

Name - Jeff
Current Device - Nexus 5
New iPhone - 6+/64GB/Sapce Gray
JUMP! - Yes
