Reading this made me wonder - did the promo say that JUMP orders specifically were prioritized or JUMP customers? I am a JUMP customer who couldn't order via JUMP because the system was down, so I did a normal upgrade. Not sure if this was common, but it would sure help me...
Mine was GPE for a long while as well, but the Camera sucks so bad that it needed the stock HTC software to make it usable. Plus WiFi calling is a requirement for me now at work

"Fellow Americans, stay calm as the crisis at T-mobile pre-order event unfolds. We'll direct all the military and financial resources of the United States to ensure you receive your phone by Friday. If not, we'll invade another random country in the Middle East. God Bless you, God Bless America."
GOP immediately responded saying the pre-order fiasco was entirely Obama's fault and suggested we impeach the President, cancel all iPhone pre-orders and order an Android phone instead.

Name's Steve. Returning to T-Mobile after a 2 year...umm...separation? I decided to see other people(AT&T) but missed my old friend. I had been on the T since it was voicestream. Switched to get an iPhone and then t-mo announced it like 3 months later. -_-

Lol I can laugh at myself with this joke! Id rather do a bit of work from home then camp out like some people feel they need to do.

I am in the same boat. I tried at 2-3am with no luck so I went to bed, the next morning still no luck, so I tried clicking upgrade and selected my account (which said it had JUMP,so I thought maybe I could do it that way.) but now I know better.
I don't know about you guys but I was stuck on the "select phone" page when I tried JUMP, It just never loaded the phones and would say the service is unavailable, but the phones loaded for the upgrade route.
I had a shipping estimate of 9/20 from Friday until middle of the day Monday. None since then. I really am not too worried until thursday roles around. Maybe tomorrow I'll worry a little.
