My order date on my order status page for my 6+ says 3:50am PDT, copy of my signed EIP came at 3:55am. Selected Ground shipping, my estimated delivery was originally 9/29 (and like everyone else's, is now non-existent.)

No idea how long ground would take, but probably a week at the most.

(Not holding my breath that I'll actually receive mine in September).

I think you'll be one of the first to get it. Seriously.

Its looking like I originally predicted that they have made all iPhone orders set to Overnight shipping (which is what they have done in past years). TMO will be issuing a ton of credit to people who paid for shipping.

Didn't someone here say that the reps don't know where someone is in the queue? So no one really knows whether they're in the first batch or not...

I'm one of the earlier orders I've seen here - 4:25am PDT on 9/12 for a 6 and 128gb 6+. I have a pending charge on my CC for the full amount (not just the 6). Granted, I have no idea what any of this means and I guess I'll just wait patiently until I receive a tracking no.

This guy sounded pretty damn confident. Like didn't even give me the chance to interrupt him. I did confirm what he told me, and he said I was part of the first shipping group.

Of course, the first shipping group could mean the first orders that will be shipped out in December 3014...

Really? That's happened before? Makes me wonder why it wouldn't be default by now.

If you don't like the updates that they are giving us then call them and complain. Otherwise call and ask yourself

I don't care. I'm just laughing at all you delusional people. T-Mobile already officially said they don't have inventory yet and won't until Friday so for some v people to think they are actually getting a phone on Friday is comical

What banks do you guys have??? I have Chase and i ordered at 4:50am on the 12th and i haven't been charged or had a hold as far as i know.

Bank of America for me. I know they update payment postings on a schedule (once at start of business and once at close). often pending charges will show up immediately, but not always. Not sure what to expect in this case, but as of now I've seen no activity from Tmo on my account since I preordered.

Referring to other carriers, this is my first time with TMO. They have a lot of improvements to make for next years launch, but at least it seems that there is some progress being made now.

Won't hold my breath for that, either ;) Though it would be nice since I paid $7 for ground. iPhone I ordered last year on launch day (ordered from T-Mobile.com) wasn't overnighted. But they didn't do a pre-order for that phone, either. Do you mean T-Mobile has done overnight on preorders in general in the past?

There has been absolutely NOTHING that has been "Official" about any of this. And there's nothing to argue about with this. Most of us are just trying to remain hopeful.

Well, I'm not positive on how it's handled logistically, I just know that when pre-orders happen for iphones before (general pre orders), they have done whatever they have to do to make sure you get the phone on the launch day (assuming you ordered before the initial shipment ran out.) There are mistakes and errors that happen to some which cause lateness, but most people get them on day one.

The T-Mobile iPhone struggles

My current status of my Gold iPhone 6+ 16GB. It's a new line under my dad's family plan so I only get to see the glorious "Order Placed". My dad also bought the phone for me so I have to wait until he gets back home to see if his Bank Of America card was charged. I haven't received any email from T-Mobile yet except the EIP signature so I don't even know if I'm safe or something :'( My order was placed around 7PM-8PM on the 12th with the cheap shipping.

How do you even go about requesting that? Do you just say you want a bill credit?

The rep I spoke to on Sunday made it clear that they weren't shipping until the day of the launch (I am pretty sure she had no clue what she was talking about). I then said I wouldn't have spent the extra money on shipping if I didn't think it would help me get it sooner. In my mind the whole point of doing a pre-order is to order it and have it arrive on the day its publicly available. She offered to credit my account back, and I accepted. It hash;t changed my shipping or anything
