I don't care. I'm just laughing at all you delusional people. T-Mobile already officially said they don't have inventory yet and won't until Friday so for some v people to think they are actually getting a phone on Friday is comical
Just saw the charge online. Noice!!
Ordered the 64 GB Space Grey 6 at 5:18 AM PST on the 12th.
non-Jump! order on EIP.
AMPED!!!
Preordered the 6+ the second it was available online via a Jump upgrade, and got the 6+ 64gb with overnight priority shipping (or whatever that technical term is through UPS). Received the EIP and it was signed ASAP.
Online it just says my order is backordered with no shipping date. Called t-mobile and they said they couldn't find anything with my order number and I haven't received any charges through my bank account. Getting really anxious that my order might not have actually gone through...
Has anyone actually had this situation and got it resolved? I'm stumped, and don't want to yell at anymore poor t-mobile employees on the phone.
Thanks y'all.
Okay so anyone with a 6+ that's been charge, feel free to speak lol
The reps and everyone kept saying that they would not be charged until the phone was shipped. I'm wondering if these charges we are seeing means that phones are finally shipping?
See what I just posted a few threads up.
I'm thinking since their sorting packages as they scan and attach the purchase orders it's charging those accounts for people who are getting their shipment. Though shipments won't start actually going until at least thursday.
So you think I have to call and verify the EIP? I called with the order number and some lady kept telling me they couldn't find it which is where my frustration lies.
Charged sometime in the last 20 minutesHope this means I'm in the first batch but since it was early evening when I was finally able to order, I'm still expecting to be in the second. Plus I did regular shipping so I think Friday is out, but sometime next week is fine with me!
(Potential New T-Mo Customer)
I ordered an iPhone 6 (Space Gray 64gb) over the phone morning of Sept 12. I assumed it was a successful order because it was confirmed over the phone and I received and signed the EIP, passed the credit check and got confirmation, all while on the phone with the sales rep.
Since then, whenever I checked the order online, it would say (and still says) Order Placed and shows my card charged. My bank still shows the full amount charged as Pending (not the $1 test charge). However, when I randomly called to check the status today, the rep informed my that actually, my order had been cancelled yesterday due to an unexplained processing error.
I didnt receive any notification about this whatsoever, so I wouldnt have know if I hadnt called in, apparently, I just would have been waiting for my phone to ship. Furthermore, the new rep told me that I'm basically S.O.L., my only option now would be to place a new order, have a new hard credit check run, and go to the back of the line for iPhone availability.
This sort of thing is a huge part of why I wanted to give up on 17 years loyalty with Sprint...!
@KSB315 does your order on the website still say "order placed" ??
My card has been charged for the 6+. It was charged on Friday and I used Jump! In store.
No order found. Frustration growing...What happens when you call the robot lady (800-672-5390)? Mine was saying "Hmmm, I cant find that order" until I called and had them do whatever they had to do to push my order through. Now it says its there but backordered.
