My card just got charged! It must be on it's way! Jump Upgrade on Launch Day Online. Still no tracking number received.:apple:
 
So...I just called the automated order line. I was actually going to cancel this TMO order as I wasn't expecting to get it by Friday and I have alternative means. But the robot lady said it would be delivered by Friday, which is GREAT. Was expecting mine to be delayed for a new line. Sweet. No tracking number or anything yet though.

Yeah-- when I log in, I see an alert on the right-hand side of the page telling me that my order is processing. I click that and it gives me the info they have on my order-- includes a kind of history-- tells me when the order was placed, what the current status is, what shipping method, etc.
 
So...I just called the automated order line. I was actually going to cancel this TMO order as I wasn't expecting to get it by Friday and I have alternative means. But the robot lady said it would be delivered by Friday, which is GREAT. Was expecting mine to be delayed for a new line. Sweet. No tracking number or anything yet though.

Shipping Date: Moved from 9/19 to 9/25 now it's just missing.
Credit Card: Wells Fargo Visa(not charged)

iPhone 64GB Grey Jump! ordered 11:45AM Friday online. My card still hasnt been touched, not even for pre-authorization.

And I just got charged between when I posted this and now. So charges are actively happening as we speak.

I just called. No change, still "Backordered"...I ordered at 6:50am PDT Friday.

I called 611 and "check my order" it knows I purchased my Jump Upgrade on the 12th, they charged my card today but it still said backordered. Hmmm Too exciting!

Hahaha. I'm only refreshing this thread. I'll check my CC after work today to see if I've been charged... but this is kinda how I felt Thursday night / Friday all morning long. Refreshing the T-Mobile site / running in a continuous circle of clicking on "phone" > "upgrade" and then filtering to Apple devices, just waiting for the 6 / 6 Plus to show up in the upgrade selection, haha. (And refreshing a comment thread on tmonews with other frustrated would-be preorderers.)

I ordered an iPhone 6 (Space Gray 64gb) over the phone morning of Sept 12. I assumed it was a successful order because it was confirmed over the phone and I received and signed the EIP, passed the credit check and got confirmation, all while on the phone with the sales rep.
Since then, whenever I checked the order online, it would say (and still says) “Order Placed” and shows my card charged. My bank still shows the full amount charged as “Pending” (not the $1 test charge). However, when I randomly called to check the status today, the rep informed my that actually, my order had been cancelled yesterday due to an “unexplained processing error.”
I didn’t receive any notification about this whatsoever, so I wouldn’t have know if I hadn’t called in, apparently, I just would have been waiting for my phone to ship. Furthermore, the new rep told me that I'm basically S.O.L., my only option now would be to place a new order, have a new hard credit check run, and go to the back of the line for iPhone availability.
This sort of thing is a huge part of why I wanted to give up on 17 years loyalty with Sprint...!

THAT Sucks. So sorry to hear. Did you have any errors on your EIP. I called Friday night and waited for 45 mins to talk to someone, and she told me if I HADN'T called in, they would have cancelled the order because they had to manually push the order through due to a glitch where even though I got the confirmation on the EIP, it didn't go through all the way.
 
ha, my screen protector shipped before i got a tracking number and i ordered it this morning. :mad:
 
One of my phones I ordered has been charged full price.. order info still says back ordered but finally, t-mobile might be getting somewhere.

No Order Number??

Preordered the 6+ the second it was available online via a Jump upgrade, and got the 6+ 64gb with overnight priority shipping (or whatever that technical term is through UPS). Received the EIP and it was signed ASAP.

Online it just says my order is backordered with no shipping date. Called t-mobile and they said they couldn't find anything with my order number and I haven't received any charges through my bank account. Getting really anxious that my order might not have actually gone through... :mad:

Has anyone actually had this situation and got it resolved? I'm stumped, and don't want to yell at anymore poor t-mobile employees on the phone.
