No, I didn't. I first had a preauthorization for $1, then for the full amount, and just about an hour ago for less than full amount. I'm sure it's fine. Just curious why it's like that...

Maybe they aren't charging shipping? Mines is about 40$ less. I paid for the Saturday delivery. I wonder what else it could be?

Not sure.. it's better to be under charged then over charged in my opinion though.. that would suck to be over charged then the order cancel because you didn't have enough funds. I'd be like ******* you tmobile.

Ordered @ 10:12am 09/12/14, EIP, No JUMP!

Getting nervous. Ordered 5 hours before you, EIP, no Jump Iphone 6+ 64 gb Space Gray, no charge of any kind on my account. I signed the agreement while talking to the rep on the phone.
 
All Jump! customers got pushed to the front of the queue thanks to John Legere and for the non-jump customers he's gonna pay some of your bill! hahaha UNCARRIER!!! lol JK guys dont get happy they're still gonna charge for the rest of their ****! lol
 
I ordered a 64gb plus and a 128gb plus . I have an authorization of 0.00 on my bank card it's been like this since Friday . I ordered at about 6:30 . I also have next day air .
 
I know why the charge is less!

If you do the math, you can figure it out pretty easily. Those who are being charged less are being charged for the device (downpayment or full amount) plus applicable tax (8% in my case). The remaining charges, such as shipping and sim cards (plus applicable tax from those items) are being left out.

So, only the phone charge is being authorized at this point.
 
Just got charged for my 16GB 6 I ordered via Jump! on 9/14 but NOT the 6+ I ordered on 9/12. Not a good sign for 6+ buyers.
 
So I just got some REALLY bad news....

I pre-ordered both my lines to an iPhone 6 and 6+ (one over the phone and the other online at around 10pm on Friday night)...

So I check my bank account today and TADA! T-Mo has withdrew the taxes/shipping for my wifes line (Over the phone iPhone 6 order) and nothing has updated since then...

So I decide to call T-Mobile and find out a "Live" update... Well.. I get informed that BOTH ORDERS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THE EIP's!!!!!! What?!?!?

1. How/Why did they take the taxes out of my account for a cancelled order???
2. How did they NOT get my EIP's when I have copies of them AND I verified the orders the day after by calling and making sure everything is good??
3. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm pretty much done with T-Mobile at this point.. This is the one of many things they have screwed up on my account in the 8 months I have been with them.. So this was the last straw.

I don't think so... T-mobile's policy clearly states you'll be charged at the time the order ships. The only thing I can think of is T-mobile running pre-authorizations again to make sure you have funds available. Again, it would only make sense if the forthcoming charge was imminent. Either way it would indicate shipment.

This is terrible. You should ask to speak with a customer retention team. Maybe there is something they can do for you. I'm sorry this happened to you my friend. You must be very disappointed :(
 
I was charged $171.48. That's the $99.99 down payment, the taxes for the retail price of the device and the shipping plus tax on the shipping.

I am confused about something though. The remaining payments on my EIP are 24 X $27.08 which comes out to $649.92. If you add my initial charge to that, you get $821.40 but at the top of my order it says:

Customer : ME
Phone number : (XXX) XXX-XXXX
Amount : $867.90

Where the other $46.50 coming from? I see that they haven't charged me for a SIM anywhere, so assuming they are that cheap and petty, deduct $10.60. But there's still a large amount that doesn't match up.
