My Situation
I've been following this thread for the past few days. Am in same boat as OP. My wife and I are switching from AT&T.

- Ordered online on 9/12 in the afternoon (1x iPhone 6 64gb Space Gray, 1x iPhone 6 64gb Gold). Originally ordered on AT&T at 2am, but decided to switch carriers and cancelled the order. Couldn't sign tmobile's EIP no matter how hard I tried. Called 3x times, no help. Order status kept saying "We need your EIP signed etc."
- Midday Saturday 9/13 I was finally able to sign the EIP (think their system was broken).
- Since signing EIP I've had no changes to the tmobile order status tracking site. No news on shipment or anything. Title is currently "We received your electronic signature authorization on 09/13/2014".
- I've called various times and have been told that they are all "backordered" and there will be no update until 9/19. But I've also been told that they'll email and or text when if/when there are any updates.
- My credit card was on 9/13 for $356.76, and then again this afternoon for $167.48.
I have no idea what is going on!
