Guys I have an update... Follow along with me...

I finally got a competent and VERY helpful manager that helped sort everything out.. Now here is my current status....

Come to find out it was an error on their end and NONE of the orders were cancelled, just flagged as such.

My first order was on my wifes line for an iPhone 6 16gb and everything on this order is perfectly fine.. YAY!

Now onto the second order (my line). I ordered with Jump! V1 an iPhone 6+ 16gb.. But for some reason, the order on their end got processed as a iPhone 6 64gb.. Unfortunately there is nothing they can do to rectify this situation.. So I had them cancel the order (anyone with waiting on a this phone.. You're welcome :cool: ) and now I'm either going to have to brave the stores on Friday or re-order it online again and wait 2-4 weeks (managers estimate, probably going to be longer though) for the delivery..

So that's where I'm at now.. Everything was technically fine (no cancelled orders like originally thought) but one order itself was completely wrong..

Delivers: 9/19 by Standard Shipping

In my support profile page I see my iphone 6 serial number, but I worried because I can't get the tracking number yet and this status "Preparing for Shipment" is stuck since Monday.

Someone in same situation? :(:(:(

What page are you talking about seeing your serial number? Could you post a picture?
 
Those that have charges, not a preauth;a buck, but a full charge... I'm guessing that you have regular ground shipping? or non-next day air? Can I bet on this?

My theory is that those that have regular ship or non next day air, and fall within the 'first window batch' because you ordered 12th or have jump and ordered before 14th.... have charges; legitimate, and your items have shipped or are being prepped for shipment...

Am I onto something? or am I preaching to the choir, someone already said this? and it's piled in this sea of despair~ if so, can you confirm once more that this is the case?

Meaning those of US that have air/next day ship will start to see some transactions on our visa/masters/amex? Thursday? or am I hallucinating here?

Oh God! Please~ someone show me some sign here, slightest light, a drip of dew...
 
Charged again !

i order a 6+ 128 gb space grey on the 12th, non jump. signed EIP right away. i was charged the full amount while on the phone ordering but it seems to be a temp hold. and 2 hours ago i was charged again for the full amount -$23 so i guess this might be a good sign.

no tracking information because they haven't shipped yet, relax your info will probably update by tomorrow.

I was charged today around 4 and have next day air.
 
Wtf!!!!!! First my delivery date is removed yesterday, now the "alert" on the tmobile site is completely gone. No clue what to do at this point.

When did you order? The alert was an alert about the phone processing, so maybe it processed and is being shipped?

Lmao normally I'd tell you to kick rocks but I can't lie you made me laugh, thank you. This process is the worst! Last time it was this bad was the iPhone 4 and luckily I waited in line for that
 
No change in status, but today they took out the full price I paid to upgrade. I had a pending 1 dollar charge on the 12th, and today was the price to get the 64GB iphone 6 (150 and change)

I would expect a delivery note here tomorrow
 
Well I was charged the authorization fee for my bank on the 12th. Today I was charged the full amount of the phone. tmobile only charges the full amount when your device has shipped right?

BTW: I do have regular ground shipping with no JUMP! upgrade usage. I ordered on the 12th at 6:30 EST and order went straight into pending shipment at 7:40 and no backorder time stamp.
