I ordered on the 13th, charged today on my debit card. I see alot of people being charged twice. Do all of you have two orders? Probably a dumb question but lets cover all bases here :D

I have two 1.00 charges on my account so maybe? Lol I'm so confused.
 
Someone already pointed this out before and I think it was brilliant of them to think of it, but I couldn't find it in the last couple pages, and that's as far as I'll look.. but.

If you go to your order status page in chome and right click somewhere near the delivery method > Inspect Element . a window with html code will pop up and you can find this little treasure...

Now I don't know if they hide the date because it's inaccurate, or because they just want people to stop calling. Who knows, but it's pretty cool. This is the same date I've had since Friday.

VERY nice. What status is your order in currently?
 
I don't have anything pending and haven't had anything pending idk if that's good or bad. Keep checking my bank account for anything pending and nope nothing *sighs* well ima just hope for the best. Il call them tomorrow
 
My account was down on t-mobiile so i called to verify my orders were still pending. Customer service says my order i upgraded was still pending but now says my other order which was a jump doesn't show. He cant find it anywhere. I told him i was charged earlier today for both so they both better be coming. All he can say is i been working for t-mobile for 5 years but if you were charged for both orders it sounds like they should both be coming. He feels confident.. Will see.

Delivers: 9/19 by Standard Shipping

In my support profile page I see my iphone 6 serial number, but I worried because I can't get the tracking number yet and this status "Preparing for Shipment" is stuck since Monday.

Someone in same situation? :(:(:(
 
Order completely disappeared!!

Wtf!!!!!! First my delivery date is removed yesterday, now the "alert" on the tmobile site is completely gone. No clue what to do at this point.
