Ok im didn't read most of the recent posts but i instead called the executive branch for Customer service. They said that they were definitely pushing all of the jump orders before so if you placed a jump order up to that sunday you will get our phone. She said its because John wanted to make sure they treat their customers with the subscription well. So she also said that the status are starting to roll out and the shipping labels are being made. Also the phone i purchased nonjump is a popular one so that it might take a while to get it. But since i ordered friday less then most.
Has your card been charged anything yet?

I got their phone # and ima call after I get home in a few hours.

I ordered Friday at 5 am. And have not been charged anything yet.

Btw what device?

I'm getting the 6+ 64gb silver

Ok, maybe I'm confused (relatively new to tmobile), but doesn't everybody end up paying full price one way or another anyway? (whether it's paying off the phone at the end of JUMP or full price up front?)

That's true, but most people like the idea of spreading the cost out over time. There are plenty of interest free credit cards you could use as well.

The other issue is that unless you are willing to wait in line for hours, you probably won't be able to pick up the model/color you want or may not even be able to get one at all if you want the Plus.

Is there some reason that people who want >16GB don't just go camp out at an Apple Store, since they'll be carrying the Tmobile model anyway?

T-mobile is giving me $530 for my HTC One M8 because I'm going through them using JUMP (v1). No one else would give me anywhere near that so I'm locked in to T-mobile.

I believe CC holds cannot exceed 48hours and T-Mobile only utilizes it to confirm an existing account. Your full charge should come soon. Dont worry about that.

I'm a merchant, you can settle an authorization up to 30 days later in most cases. If you are talking about a hold on a debit card, that's a different story. When you authorize payment an a debit card, the authorization is good for 30 days, but the "hold" only lasts for a couple of days. The merchant can still "settle" the authorization however.

Still waiting...

Ordered a 64GB 6+ Gray and a 64GB 6+ Gold. Order time was 4:21a PDT on the 12th. EIP signed 4:22a. Non-JUMP upgrade. Still no charges on my card and haven't been able to pull up order status at all, although Facebook Messaging T-Mobile and giving them my info does show that the order was processed.

Yeah but $1 isnt an authorization right? I thought:

Authorization = Full amount
Hold = Partial or $1 to check valid info

Thanks! I kind of thought that was the scenario.. I just hope thats the case. I don't know how everyone Jumped so early! I tried all day.. 2PM was the first sign of life I got.

Ordered 4:50am 9/12/14

I ordered my iPhone 6 Plus 64gb Space Gray at 4:50am on the 12th and was told the 19th was the date my phone would ship. It has been backordered since. This morning, the my t-mobile site updated the status to backordered again, this time with today's date and 3:17am as a time stamp. My card has not been charged.

I called T-Mobile and the representative said not to worry, that every iPhone 6 and 6 Plus is showing backorder and will update once shipped and that they were all updated this morning to backorder. She said mine will still ship on the 19th. I'm not so sure. Anyone else getting told this by T-Mobile?

just gets worse over here... to follow up I did NOT do a Jump! upgrade even though I went to the correct place, the website completely failed and apparently just pushed a EIP upgrade through.

SO even though I did it at 7:30 AM on 9/12, I will not be prioritized and I'm still paying for Jump!, also what the hell do I do with my existing EIP? ******* me and ******* T-Mobile!!!

Model: iPhone 6 128GB Gold
Order Status: Order Placed
Order Placed: 09/12; 08:11 AM EST
Backordered at: 09/17/2014 at 03:17:25 AM
Jump (Y/N): N, apparently… grrrr
Shipping Method: Overnight
Charged: $0 still

Same phone, same situation (read my signature). What shipping did you pick and how did you order?

Relax. Many of us are in the same situation. Our orders may be prioritized because we pay for JUMP!. Sell or trade in your phone, pay your EIP like normal. Cancel JUMP! if you wish.

Times like this I wish MacRumors never got rid of the vote down button. It was a good stress reliever.

Agreed! I, too, ordered w/o JUMP [ even though I've been paying for it since almost 8 months ] because their system was fudged up.

I still feel they will prioritize shipping because you're a JUMP paying customer.

I ordered over the phone since the website wasn't accepting orders that early. I got an 8 year veteran T-Mobile rep who knew what she was doing. I had to be one of the first orders in (realizing that means one of many) and I chose overnight shipping. She said my phone would ship the 19th and I should get in the following Monday. I am a JUMP! customer, although I didn't trade in a phone for this, as my current phone is paid in full. So, I guess I will wait and see. But I have no estimated delivery date, my card has not been charged, nothing. I'm not feeling very confident at this point.
