One line was done over the phone with Jump V2 and an EIP and the other was done online with Jump V1 with EIP
Ok so this confirms my suspicions. I think the glitch that resulted in almost all the all phone orders not to be processed is causing these cancelations. I needed to call twice to force my order through and that was when I finally got a confirmation email.
If you call the robo lady and it can''t find your order I would recommend calling t-mobile.
