T-Mobile.com preorder thread

I ordered a iPhone 6 gold 16 gb on 9/12 and used jump and my order just got canceled because they said I did not sign EIP but I did sign it . I talked to a TMO rep and they had to redo my order because there system said I did not sign EIP! She said this has happened to a couple of orders ( CPU ERROR)This sucks because now I go to back of line. For all jump people make sure your EIP is signed because mine was and it got canceled even though I had signed it. FML :(

I just noticed mine changed to 9/17 3:14 am backordered as well. I originally ordered 9/12 @ 6:41 am est. Card still doesn't show any charges, however.
Man I wish I wasn't so obsessed with this...
 
That's awful! I signed that IEP like 4 times.. Purchased with my current cell phone.. So it was a B..

I have the IEP in my gmail.. I'll be very upset if this happens to me
 
Does anybody know about this multiple charge situation I heard if the second charge doesn't go thru they will cancel your order
 
I was just charged by T-Mobile the full amount of the EIP down payment, taxes and over night shipping.

I ordered in store:

9/12 4pm
None JUMP
EIP
128GB Gold 6+
With over night shipping

This is my first and only charge from T-Mobile. My ship date is still blank and I'm still back ordered.

If they are shipping over night for free then I should have not been billed for the over shipping.

Same here. My work vehicle is in the shop so I've been here in their waiting room since 9AM EST refreshing this forum like crazy, checking my bank account and checking my Tmo orders in my account.

There needs to be a new word for obsessed cause that's what we are :eek:
 
My parents won't let me check their card online (we both paid for my 6 plus). People that ordered way after me are getting charged. Ahhhh

Did you use jump? And what time did you order?
 
Ordered a 6+ 64GB Silver at about 645 PM CT on 9/12
Backordered as of today at 3:21:51. Credit card hasn't been charged no shipping date paid for next day shipping.
I wonder if me signing up for jump while ordering the phone let me get jumped ahead :p
I got the "welcome to jump!" Text at about 3:29 in the morning a bit after I got changed to Backordered status. Maybe my enrollment into jump at 3:29 will make a difference... I hope so

It's probably something a lot of us are going to dispute once we find out actual shipping information. I paid for 2-day shipping but if I got 1 day shipping, I'm going to ask for a credit or a refund.

i Ordered in store that morning, same exact thing but wasnt offered Overnight shipping :/
 
Ugh I took my jump off my line today. Now it makes a difference?! I didn't order using jump!

You ordered 9/12 at 4pm and I ordered 9/12 at 8:30am and have received NO billing whatsoever. I paid for overnight shipping, non-jump, EIP, 64GB 6+.

What gives?
 
Upset

So I posted earlier that i went to the store and used the Jump feature to get my iphone 6 64GB space gray. I went on the 13th at around 11am and received an email right away saying order is pending and had a weird status when tracked online.. said Partially ordered.

Someone was kind enough on the board to respond to me and asked if i ever signed the EIP. I never received the email. I did call tmobile and got all the way to a lead supervisor and they resent it to me and i signed it immediately.

My card was charged immediatly and status now says being processed but shows order like it was placed today?? now i wonder when i will get my phone..

question for those that were canceled

as scared as I am haha

were you notified of cancelation via text or email? how did you find out your orders were cancelled????
