T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Someone was kind enough on the board to respond to me and asked if i ever signed the EIP. I never received the email. I did call tmobile and got all the way to a lead supervisor and they resent it to me and i signed it immediately.

My card was charged immediatly and status now says being processed but shows order like it was placed today?? now i wonder when i will get my phone..

Christmas? lol that sucks bro! sorry to hear that! =/ I ordered REALLY early and I'm still waiting.
 
I know it's difficult everyone waiting for your iPhone plus's but what I feel is going to suck for many is when you receive them and decide it was just to big. And wish you just went with the 4.7"
Unfortunately my job requires me to move around a lot and even though I wouldn't mind the bigger phone its just to much to handle.

Holy crap my local store has 10 6 pluses for launch day. Going to camp out tomorrow after school, get one, then cancel my preorder. I made sure to make him clarify it was the plus. He said they will have 10 6's and 10 6 pluses. He said they will come in Thursday.

I had the same thing happen to me but I did sign mine and they said they had no record of it when I called them
 
Hard to keep track, but did anyone who ordered directly from t-mobile actually get a shipping # already?

I saw some references to it but I could not tell if it was a direct from t-mobile.

  • Ordered online on 9/12 in the afternoon (1x iPhone 6 64gb Space Gray, 1x iPhone 6 64gb Gold). Originally ordered on AT&T at 2am, but decided to switch carriers and cancelled the order. Couldn't sign tmobile's EIP no matter how hard I tried. Called 3x times, no help. Order status kept saying "We need your EIP signed etc."
  • Midday Saturday 9/13 I was finally able to sign the EIP (think their system was broken).
  • Since signing EIP I've had no changes to the tmobile order status tracking site. No news on shipment or anything. Title is currently "We received your electronic signature authorization on 09/13/2014".
  • I've called various times and have been told that they are all "backordered" and there will be no update until 9/19. But I've also been told that they'll email and or text when if/when there are any updates.
  • My credit card was on 9/13 for $356.76, and then again this afternoon for $167.48.

I have no idea what is going on!

My $356.76 charge (from 9/12) has been removed as of this morning. I only have $167.48 from (9/16) now. No other changes.
 
I finally got charged!!!! Omfg thank the Lord! 64gb + space gray... It begins.. :) now I can move on with my life lol.. But still no tracking number.

When/How was your order taken? Jump, online/instore etc.

I've ordered 2 and nothing so far no charges and one slipped to 9/17 backordered and the other one did not.
 
I ordered a iPhone 6 Plus - Space Gray - 128GB on 9/12 around 5:30am (PST). My credit card just got a new pending charge for the phone.

I also ordered another iPhone 6 Plus - Gold - 64GB on 9/12 around 6:07am (PST) which does not show the credit card charge yet.

Like other people, it started with showing an ETA of 9-25-2014. It then changed the next day into "Backordered". And like others, the Order Status changed to Backorder 9/17/2014 3:17am.

I chose UPS Ground not thinking since I was sort of in a rush in the morning. I actually called T-Mobile last night to see if I could change my shipping to next day. The dumb lady said she would cancel my order and recreate it, I immediately told her that if she does that then it'll put me in back of the line, which would make it pointless, she then agreed and started to giggle. I was like WTF. Anyway, I told her to forget it and DO NOT change anything... thinking that one click could ruin everything.

Anyway, hopefully we will see some shipment info by tomorrow.

I hope my information can give insight to other people.

UPDATE: I just got the pending charge for the second iPhone. (This isn't the $1 charge, but $158)
