I placed my order 6:51 am EDT on the 12th and still have not been charged. Honestly I think that's earlier than a lot of people on here with charges and tracking numbers. Ordered a space grey 64GB+

We did ours in-store on Saturday morning, me as a new customer, hers as a Jump upgrade. Her EIP didn't get signed until Sunday morning.

I'm not GLAD to hear that you're in the same boat, boat hopefully it's just the system going through and charging orders by model or something? Or maybe we chose the most popular one and T-Mobile isn't even getting enough to fill our super early orders, but I'd have a hard time believing that...
 
Everyone who ordered after me is getting charged for the 6+ lol I DONT GET IT! i ordered at 4:50am and nothing yet!

There's gotta be a rhyme or a reason to it. Perhaps the phone that is earmarked for you has not yet been delivered to tmobile's warehouses.
 
I think that is crappy you want me screwed instead since T-Mobile screwed you.

I don't want anyone screwed. Trust me, I was up at 12:01 and lost a nights sleep due to the debacle until the system finally took my order at 9:00AM. Equal footing would beget equal opportunity, if we as JUMP customers had it.

That said, my point was really that TMo needs to be forthcoming on what the ******* it actually is that they're doing over there in Magentaworld. The miscommunication is absurd.
