Ordered a 64GB 6+ Gray and a 64GB 6+ Gold. Order time was 4:21a PDT on the 12th. EIP signed 4:22a. Non-JUMP upgrade. Still no charges on my card and haven't been able to pull up order status at all, although Facebook Messaging T-Mobile and giving them my info does show that the order was processed.
Just got off the phone with customer service. It's expected to ship out 9/21 because of the 64GB 6+ Gold phone -- If I had ordered just gray phones, I would have had tracking information by now. D'oh!

I've had the same "Order Placed" order status since the 12th and whenever I call the 800 number it says back ordered and that hasn't changed since the 12th either!

The rep said that my order is preparing for shipping and will be shipped in the next 24 hours. She mentioned to me that some orders already started shipping out and have people that called their tracking numbers. Because she said some peoples shipped out without giving people their tracking numbers.
Also ordered that router.
First rep was a *******, told him id like to order one and with a weird attitude said their out of stock and gotta order one next week. To mess with him I told him can u check my iphone order status, lol. Then he said he gotta transfer me, after he did I talked to the other rep and she didn't mention anything about the out of stock routers and ordered it for me.
