I haven't received ANYTHING yet. I'm backordered, no charge, nada.. Though being charged may not guarantee your item is shipped, I'll guarantee not charged means you definitely don't have a label coming your way just yet. It's a chicken and egg deal..

Called, got the router. Asked about my order. Dude said expect online to show shipped and Id get a tracking number tomorrow. Hope he's right. Ordered 730am central i6.

No charges ever to my American Express... UNTIL now! I was just charged the full amount. My TMo order status is the same (backordered) but hopefully this is a good sign for all of us. Just thought I'd share. Good luck to us all!!

I feel like there would be WAY TOO MANY angry people who would get charged before they see devices being shipped to them. I don't know about you guys, but ~$625 (in my case) is a lot of money to pre-authorize/authorize with no devices in sight.

If that is the case, I feel for CS Reps and T-Force!

Anyone order an iPhone 6+ with JUMP! online around 12:00PM PDT/3:00PM EDT or later get a charge/confirmation yet?
 
i called tmo again but this time to order that free wifi router....i dont NEED it, but its free! The csr said she would look over my iphone 6 order....No, Please!!!!lol

I spoke to them yesterday after both my orders were charged yesterday. I was told then that both orders look good to ship out Thursday for delivery luanch day, friday. Since i have been misinformed by TMO since I started the preorder the agent said its gonna be there friday. Dont worry! lol

So today the csr told me its definitely not shipping out till friday so the earliest will be Monday. She said i should see the charges soon, but i was charged yesterday!! After some back and forth about getting so much misinformation from TMO she said she was goona double check. She came back with a supposed tracking number for one order, but its not bring info until UPS picks them up. The other order has no tracking yet. She still stated its shipping friday the earliest.

Who knows what to believe! The CSRs dont really now anything and its not so much their fault as is mangements. They can only go by what information they are given. It seems like when you think your order is looking good TMO throughs another curveball at you. I will never preorder from TMO again. In the past i had no preorder issue with ATT and VZW. They told me when i would get it and that's when i got it. Plain and simple.
 
I saw i have a scheduled service charge, or rate jump scheduled for 9/20 in my notifications.. I wonder what that is.. Maybe it's a rate change for difference in phone costs

How do you get the free wifi router?
 
I feel as if people got back order for 9/17 (some am time) are good for the first batch.
 
Saying this one more time. The CS I spoke to told me if you ordered on Friday you're good for the first batch.
