i called tmo again but this time to order that free wifi router....i dont NEED it, but its free! The csr said she would look over my iphone 6 order....No, Please!!!!lol
I spoke to them yesterday after both my orders were charged yesterday. I was told then that both orders look good to ship out Thursday for delivery luanch day, friday. Since i have been misinformed by TMO since I started the preorder the agent said its gonna be there friday. Dont worry! lol
So today the csr told me its definitely not shipping out till friday so the earliest will be Monday. She said i should see the charges soon, but i was charged yesterday!! After some back and forth about getting so much misinformation from TMO she said she was goona double check. She came back with a supposed tracking number for one order, but its not bring info until UPS picks them up. The other order has no tracking yet. She still stated its shipping friday the earliest.
Who knows what to believe! The CSRs dont really now anything and its not so much their fault as is mangements. They can only go by what information they are given. It seems like when you think your order is looking good TMO throughs another curveball at you. I will never preorder from TMO again. In the past i had no preorder issue with ATT and VZW. They told me when i would get it and that's when i got it. Plain and simple.
