T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Called cs to get the free cellspot router - was told that permissions were locked or something like that and to order I needed to be transferred to tec and they could take the order there.
Was transferred and ordered the router no problem, for free including ground shipping. The guy helping me was very surprised that there was no charge. His response was something like "Um... hmm, it appears as though... uh its free" haha.
Without prompting he also told me that my iphone at the VERY latest would arrive by 9/26 but that it most likely would arrive much sooner....

If you have been charged then I don't see how they can not be shipping your device as there own policy states "we will not charge your credit card until your device ships."

my card has been charged for the full amount since I pre ordered in store on Friday.

I thought being back ordered at 3 AM means your phone will get shipped soon, but I could be off

I pre-ordered jump on the 12th at about 3pm 16g grey, hope this is another delayed text and it's already shipped.

I'm assuming the email alerts and texts are just very delayed due to their overloaded system and that is why they are sort of trickling through to people.
I don't think they have any real link to shipping time as they are automated and do not give shipping information.

After I got the text I checked my page and no new info still says back ordered on 9/17/14 3:20 am and no card charge.

Up until the backorder timestamp, It had shown "Pending Shipping 9/12/2014 9:28am". No charges on credit card and I never had any amount of pre-authorization. However, my card is showing an available credit amount of $1 less than what it was this morning even though I have not used it and there is nothing listed under temporary authorizations.

Edit: I also recently received the text about getting shipping estimate info that everyone else is talking about.

Got the text, and my order status page changed to "Pending Shipping 09/17/2014 at 02:04:26 PM". Still no CC charge though.

I had two cancelled orders for no reason and then my order for 64GB 6 silver went through Sat morning.

Interestingly enough, I also got it the morning of the 12th after my pre-order went through. I am wondering if its connected to the router--as in any order in their system triggers this email.

truthfully only reason I am in a rush to get my 6 (currently have 5s) is because my wife and I both switched from ATT yesterday to TMO but I am stuck on ATT until i have a phone to switch over with. I hate ATT...

It is to bad that you have to pay full price for a TMO phone at apple otherwise I would go camp out for a bit. Also sucks that TMO stores only get 16g as I could have had one for sure on friday but I can't manage only 16g especially if they really start pushing out all these awesome games that metal is supposed to bring us.

My status changed from backordered with estimated delivery of 9/20, into being processed with estimated delivery gone.
Not sure what that means... seems both good and bad

Just got charged the correct amount for Silver 6 Plus 64gb,

I ordered 9/12 at 9:30am EST with Overnight shipping.

Order status is still showing BackOrder 09/17/2014 at 03:17:50 AM

edit: I found it from track by reference with my 10 digit phone number as the reference number (no dashes)

also it's "ready for UPS" so I doubt it'll get here tomorrow barring a miracle but should be here Friday

edit 2: just got the UPS My Choice email alert to so UPS at least really thinks they'll have it to me tomorrow

and for the record I bought the

iPhone 6 Plus 128GB Space Gray
around 8pm (EDT) on the 12th but it didn't actually process until 5am the next morning for some reason (accepted the EIP before 9pm on the 12th)

so hopefully that helps out fellow people waiting on news about their Plus preorders

Is there anyway to download ios8 without being connects to wifi. My cell speeds are so much faster.

I tried to download it on my phone while waiting for son to finish track practice and it wouldn't. Said I needed to be connected to wifi. Using it now on iPad Air. Not bad.
