Yeah I got this message about 2min ago. This pisses me off however because:

1) I'm a Jump! who ordered 9/12 at 5:45pm because of the system bug
2) I should get it on Friday/Saturday due to the Jump! ahead thing (no pun)
3) My delivery date within the source code says 9/20
4) My cousin, who ordered 3 days AFTER me and didn't Jump!, got a text saying her's should be here Friday.

WTF is going on?

1 and 2) Did you order using a JUMP! upgrade or just a JUMP! customer who used a standard upgrade, because from what I've seen, only actual JUMP! upgrades are getting priority.
3) Those delivery dates don't mean much, but mine said delivery for tomorrow (9/18), so you having a 9/20 could mean second batch.
4) Did your cousin order the same exact model as you? Inventory varies for each SKU, especially if you ordered the iPhone 6+ which seems to be VERY limited across all carriers, unlike iPhone 6 orders which I see are going through even if they order it a couple days later.
 
Existing TMO customer. Upgraded to iPhone 6 through JUMP. Online on Friday. I also ordered a 6 Plus with an additional line.

The upgraded 16GB iPhone 6 will be delivered tomorrow, One day early. The iPhone 6 Plus will be delivered sometime between 9/22 and 9/30. Same message others have gotten.
 
For the people who got a text updating delivery date to 9/22 to 9/30, does robo lady still give your order as backordered or a date or 9/19, or has that also changed to 9/22 to 9/30?
I got 9/19 text, robo lady says backordered still.
 
WTF - so it looks like the we'll send more info on estimated delivery within 1-2 days" is the WORST text. Heck, I'd settle for 9/22-9/30 right now.

If I get it Friday, fine, I don't care how you ship it. Even ONE day late though, and we're going to have a long talk...
 
Robo lady still says set. delivery 9/19 for me. I am a new customer and ordered on 9/12 at 4 pm, but I chose silver. Seems like that was a good choice because from what I have read here, people who ordered before me but chose grey have est delivery dates after mine.
 
Ordered my iPhone 6 64GB Silver 9/12 at 7:32 am EST with JUMP!

Card was charged full amount yesterday and again back ordered at 3 sometime this morning.

Yet still none of these text message or emails I'm seeing here ..

There's no tracking number, I didn't get a text, but I am able to track by reference on UPS's website and get the tracking number that way.
 
who ever got the text should check ups.com track by reference with your t-mobile number and see

I got a text but it's not showing me anything for tracking info. My upgrade says expected for Friday. My wife's jump we haven't received anything by text yet.
 
So about an hour ago, I contacted T-Mobile CS for about the 4th time today. I was determined to get a clear and reliable answer. After about 20 minutes on the phone, my rep told me their systems indicated that my order was placed on the 12th of September VIA in-store, and it was noted that there would be a 6 day delay before the item was shipped (I opted for UPS expedited next day shipping). So on the phone after he told me that, he counted the days - friday, saturday, monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday. Thursday would make it the 6th day, making it the day of shipment, which made sense because I opted for UPS Expedited Next Day Shipping So knowing that, I was confirmed, assured, and reassured about 20 more times (because i kept asking over and over) that my iPhone 6 Plus 16gb in Space Grey would be delivered on the 19th of September - and my card that I used to pre-order will be charged when shipped. Oh he also notified me that anyone who pre-ordered the phone on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will get priority status - especially if you utilized a JUMP upgrade. He also said that shipping confirmation notifications will be disbursed either tonight or tomorrow.
