i didnt get text but a shipping lable has been created for me

I'm a new customer... do u think my # wouldn't be searchable via that method? Because robo lady says 9/19 delivery, my cc has been charged, but I get nothing when I search my phone # with UPS ref # search.
 
So I had a very long conversation with T-Mobile customer service today in regards to the iPhone 6's. Through a conversation with her and also a couple of her supervisors they stated that people are being preauth on their cards checking to see if the funds are available. They also said a lot of the text messages going out today are ones that have been backlogged in their system for days since preorders started.

Per my conversation I was told that real absolute tracking and shipping will begin tomorrow. She couldn't verify any specific order but she did know for a fact that shipping will begin tomorrow. She also stated that any non Jump customers that ordered even on the 12th would be pushed to the back of line behind Jump customers as they are prioritized based on the system flagging them as Jump over non jump automatically.
 
1 and 2) Did you order using a JUMP! upgrade or just a JUMP! customer who used a standard upgrade, because from what I've seen, only actual JUMP! upgrades are getting priority.
3) Those delivery dates don't mean much, but mine said delivery for tomorrow (9/18), so you having a 9/20 could mean second batch.
4) Did your cousin order the same exact model as you? Inventory varies for each SKU, especially if you ordered the iPhone 6+ which seems to be VERY limited across all carriers, unlike iPhone 6 orders which I see are going through even if they order it a couple days later.

1&2) I'm a Jump! customer that used Jump! to upgrade. I patiently waited for it to come back online, the store called me at 5:43 and said they were running my upgrade again, at 5:44 I got the EIP documents, I signed them by 5:45.

3) That could be true...however I have expedited shipping

4) I ordered the 6+ Silver 16GB, she order the 6+ 16GB Gold. Me expedited, her ground.
 
Ah got the text for between 9/22-9/30 but no label, and no change on myTmobile page. Grrr.
 
Just got off the phone with someone from the directors office, who was super helpful. She's waiving all shipping charges, and mentioned that there's a slim chance of getting it before 9/22. She also said that stock on the 6+ is insanely tight right now but at least we have one.

I haven't been charged but I received my ups notification that an order about 3.4 lbs? Better not be cellphone router.

I have been following this thread for a couple days.
I tried ordering Friday with JUMP and ran into the mentioned problems, and was not able to get to a store till Saturday to place my order. I signed my EIN and sent it right back, so have a purchase date of 09/13/2014 at 02:23:02 PM, and it was backordered 09/14/2014 at 03:14:48 AM. I have not seen any changed on my order info and no charges on my bank.
I decided to go ahead and update my 5s to iOS8 and after it was done updating I had a text saying my 6+ should get to me Friday.
I ordered a 6+ 16 in Silver.
Still waiting to see tracking info for it to trust it completely.

I honestly believe T-Mobile ordered a ton of Gold iPhones this year. I've seen more confirmations for the Gold iPhone 6+ vs. the Space Grey and Silver combined. Space Grey is second in confirmations I witness, and I've only seen one or two Silver. I believe Silver is the least ordered SKU that T-Mobile ordered from Apple, and with 16GB being the most popular choice usually in iPhone selection, it doesn't surprise me she got a Friday delivery text while you have the 9/22-9/30 text.
 
No email, just a text so far! Maybe it'll come sooner! If they're changing it to next day, maybe they'll send it out Thursday, and have it to us by Friday lol wishful thinking.
