T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Where can I, as a new customer, check my info?

My card has been charged. UPS doesn't pull a reference number off of my number. What is this number I can call, this "robo lady?"
 
For any new customers switching from verizon, just got this email concerning my iPhone 6 Plus Space Gray 16GB Model! Still backordered from robot lady and no update on order status (we don't have mobile accounts D:)

I ordered 4:15 PDT on 9/12, or around 7:15 EST in my area so I should be in the first batch? Hopefully :DD

I just got an email from tmobile stating the same thing that my order should be here by friday
 
I got the text message saying I would be receiving my iPhone 6 Plus on Friday!!!! Ordered via JUMP at 8:55am on 9/12..
 
I just got this text

Free T-Mobile Msg: Great news! We expect your iPhone 6 Plus to be delivered between 9/22 and 9/30. We'll send another txt with a tracking number once it ships


I order at 6am on sept 12

Great news! You should receive your iPhone 6 Plus on Friday. We'll send you another text with your tracking number once it ships.

Ordered 64gb space gray Saturday 7PM using Jump!

Call them and speak to a rep about it - see what info they give you.

I'm also a new customer and the robolady says backordered, online says order placed, 3 CSRs today all said "you moved to a submitted status today and you will have a shipping confirmation today or tomorrow at the latest"
 
i got estimated delivery the 26th... Anyone else get that?

Space Grey is second in confirmations I witness, and I've only seen one or two Silver. I ordered a silver 64 6+ on 9/12 at 4 pm EST and noticed that quite a few people who ordered a grey 6+ before me have later est delivery dates later than mine (9/19).
 
:( I just got an email stating delivery would be 9/22-9/30. My thing is if my card has already been charged shouldn't it have shipped? There's no way it should take that long if they gave everyone overnight shipping like the rep told me.
 
F You TMobile. I didn't stay up all night and then to 6AM to order by phone for you to push my order to next week while others who ordered later get it Friday.
