Just called T-Mobile. Turns out all of the texts being sent were set since we ordered our phones. So they may or may not be accurate.

How do you explain the fact that we all have packages that weigh 1 lb in UPS right after that text then?

if I don't get my phone Friday I will go insane. I have a text, t-mobile twitter said we would get more shopping info today, so I think that rep may be wrong. Hoping that rep is wrong.
They said shipping info like tracking, not a text estimating when it'll be delivered. Still hoping shipping info goes out today/tomorrow.

You guys will love this. I'm on the phone asking what's the deal and the CS rep (non-American) had this to say:

"Due to the overwhelming demand of the phone, you won't be receiving it until 4-6 weeks from launch. Even though you are a Jump! customer and you were prioritized, we've had a huge demand for this device that we simply cannot fill at this time. And also I cannot pull up your order currently. [--- cue order interrogation questions ---]"

I then had to explain to her the timeline in which I ordered, that I was a Jump! customer, about how shipping for these things is handle here in the states, and that being on a priority list does NOT put someone 4-6 weeks away from the delivery of their device. Not even between 9/22-9/30 as the text message that I received said. And, although not YOUR fault, if you don't know 100% what's going on...please excuse yourself an transfer me to a representative who indeed does and CAN access Jump! upgrade orders.

.........now I'm on hold again.

Just got this email at 5:56pm CST. Didn't think I'd get it Friday since the original estimate showed next Thursday (the 25th). For anyone asking:

Ordered @ 10pm CST via the T-Mobile site. iPhone 6+ 128GB Gold. New customer non-JUMP with EIP. Paid about $741 with tax for it. Order details screen on the T-Mobile website still shows the same info without a shipping date.

Are you kidding me? I ordered two devices at 10AM on Friday via JUMP! and I'm pushed right back? Wow

I'll be picking up from UPS bright and early.

My last child gets on the bus at 8:40. By 9:00 I should have the 6 in my hands. UPS is a 5 minute ride. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones. I must of hit it right with size, color & storage capacity. This thread helped me get through my anxiousness for the past week. I haven't been this excited for a while. Been using my iPhone 5 for 2 years. Just letting people know what's happening in my case. Good luck to everyone. Hang in there.

Anyone have any good ideas for a temp case? My case est delivery date is 9/17 to 9/22, so it may get here after my phone does, and as someone going from a 5 to a 6+ who has never held a phablet in my hand, I am worried the cumbrousness may cause me to drop it.

anyone know why tmobile decided to make two different emails with the same message? one says delivery within the next two days and another says friday delivery... whats also confusing is that the people in the first batch who've gotten the latter message have ordered it later than the people who've ordered the phone earlier...

I don't want to be offensive, but this is plain silly to me.
Cry Moar

Don't know why it's silly. I don't think it's unreasonable for tmobile to communicate what they're doing better than they have. I would expect that orders would go out in the order they were received, and they're clearly not. At the very least, they should communicate why they're going out in a different order (geography, stock levels on certain types, random number generator, picking numbers out of a hat, whatever).

Look, I know it's just a phone, but we're all in this thread having some fun obsessing over them. Similarly, if you were in line at an amusement park, how would you feel if the park just randomly let other people in before you?

i just got told by CSR that I will not be getting mine for a long time. Not really complaining as I didn't preorder till yesterday but since I preordered I can't even go to apple and wait in line. On top of that, i wasn't given a choice of shipping so I have about a week wait for my phone to come then another 5-6 days for it to get delivered. this is going to be a long 2 week wait i suppose...

You tell him! I'm sure that will help him change his mind.

Here it goes. I guess it's not the ups notification for iphone. Here goes my hope.

I haven't been charged, I ordered on 09/12 in store, EIP, not jump, 16 gb grey i6. Just got an email that I should expect my order on Friday.
I am still skeptical since no charge on card.

However, I did get the 3.4 lbs ups notitication from T-mobile showing that they ship from Lexington, KY - using ground it'll get to me so there's one more day!!!

What the hell. I ordered my SG 64GB 6+ as a new customer, at freaking 4:45AM PST on Friday and I got an email saying the 22nd - 30th. :/

Need to call and get my shipping refunded as there's no way I'm paying for expedited shipping if I'm not getting my iPhone on release day.

The weird thing is that I've been charged, too, already. I wouldn't think that'd be the case if my iPhone hadn't shipped or been prepared for shipping yet.

got the email

Ordered in a T-mobile Company Store at about 2:15pm PDT on Sep 12th and signed the EIP at 2:36pm. No JUMP, UPS ground shipping.
Just got an email tells me that I will get my 6+ 64Gig Silver between 22nd - 30th Sep.
