kind of disappointed since I stayed up all night and finally got an order in at 8am est, and paid for the extra fast shipping, but it is what it is.
 
Some good news. Yesterday, we were behind the VZW pre-order thread by 700-900 posts and now we're over 900 posts ahead! Keep up the good work, team! :D

excuse my french but that just goes to tell how fugked up TMO service is... communication is big part of it.

ps. I agree w/ the poster that said apple should've had 32gb as starter. Apple's like the stingiest company I like.
 
This whole pre order been bs. I totally got screwed over, I made my order early in the am on the 12th and I get

Sad thing is T-Mobile probably order more 16GB models than 64GB...

Seriously though, Apple should have made 32GB the lowest.

It's all about the $$$. Memory is dirt cheap on the market, so the 16, 64 and 128 choice is much more about how they can earn the most $ than what benefits they can give to the customer without much cost. If it was 32, 64 and 128, then the 32 would partially cannibalize the 64 and 128 sales, which is not good for apple as they make like 95% profit on the cost differences between the deferent memory phones.
 
Has anyone ordered an iPhone 6 Plus early on Friday at a retail store, and has received the email and text that says shipment updates will be available in the next 1 to 2 days? If you have, have you had any other updates to your order? Does your order status online still say Backordered?

Yea me too. Stayed up all night and was finally able to order in the later AM hours via JUMP. I see others who ordered after me and yet they are getting Friday delivery. WTH.

Are there any NEW customers out there who ordered the 128GB Space Gray iPhone 6 early on 9/12? Curious what your experience has been like. I haven't seen many mentions of that specific model on this (epic) thread with new customers.
 
Would be funny if Tmobile is tallying up every call that yall are making, and moving the highest volume callers to the back of the line - HAHA. Ive called once to make my order, and once to order the wifi router. Some of yall are out of control, calling dozens of times per day, I would respectfully decline providing service to people calling all day non stop asking the same stupid questions if I owned a telecom company.

Robot lady says my plus is backordeed when I have a text saying that it will be here 9/19
 
I think I'm more annoyed by the fact that I ordered on Friday at 2 using Jump! and paid for overnight shipping and it's suppose to be here next week. yet people who ordered the same phone, and a day later are getting it Friday?

Are you sure it's the same exact phone, i.e. same model, color, and size?

i ordered a 6 and 6+ before you on friday (4:25am PDT), new customer, EIP, ground... pre-charged for both yesterday...no email/txt about my order yet. so, maybe later today or tomorrow. not worried.
 
My friend gets this even tho he ordered 3 hours after I did on the 12th. :mad:

I've called them 23 times and spoke to 4 different supervisors and I got the Friday email ;)
 
Take a few minutes to read the AT&T and. Verizon threads. Good luck with one of them communicatin better. These are large companies with millions of customers and you are not the center of their universe. Sorry to be harsh but the level of self absorption is getting to be nuts around here. These people probably had the most insane time at work ever. Give them some slack. I'm sure they are doing all they can to get the phone over to you and the rest of us as quickly as possible.

I've managed wireless accounts for very large companies, mostly ATT and VZW, and have pre-ordered every iphone where it was possible, and without fail, each arrived on (or before) launch day. Yes, sometimes I didn't hear anything at all from them post-order, but they always showed up. We'll see if tmobile can do the same. I don't pay for them to do their best - as a company, they should've planned for this.

I'm a new customer, ordered on September 12th at 5:57 am PDT and I still haven't received an email or anything concerning my order, all I've had this whole time is that my "order has been placed" and from the robot lady I know it is backordered. I ordered 2 6's, both 64 gb, one gold and one space gray.

Will both phones ship together? Could it be that I still haven't received any information because the space gray is backordered and maybe I ordered it too late??
