Like Vdubb said, I think this is the worst of the three emails/texts (behind Friday and 9/22-9/30).

I have gotten none of these messages via text or email. My order changed to backorder last night at 3:17am; I was charged yesterday for the EIP+Tax. I ordered around 7am EDT on the 12th
 
PEOPLE... you're not getting your phone because certain phones are more scarce then others....theyre not randomly choosing you
 
Yes!!!! Just got the email and I ordered in the 13th......

I preordered on 9/12 at 4:31 a.m. PDT My bank shows the charge but I never received an email or shipping notice. I ordered early enough that I thought it would show something.

I still think we will get them Friday. Tmo has till tomorrow afternoon when ups picks up the phones. For air delivery. Did your card get charged yet?

Anyone else get this email?

Same. Ordered around that time on the phone 6 64 GB gold. Card charged, no email or text

I was also told over the phone twice that the phones would not ship until the 19th, and that I couldn't get my phone any earlier than 9/22 due to shipping times.. but I got an email an hour ago saying I will be getting the phone (delivered) on 9/19. Someone needs to tell these reps whats going on, cuz they are just feeding misinformation to us.
 
Has anyone actually received an email from Tmobile with tracking information? I know alot of yall have been able to pull shipping info off UPS website, but how about through tmobile either by email or txt?

Oh I get that it's all about the money. I guess it's just disappointing because in the past, they've bumped EVERYTHING. from 8/16/32 to 16/32/64. So this time around it just seems particularly stingy. Makes me wonder if they're worried at all about

You're right, though. Less people would do 64 if 32 were the base option. For myself, 32 is still barely not enough, but I like to have as much storage as possible, so this doesn't affect me-- just people who would normally be spending $100 on a new phone. Oh, and it spikes demand for the 64gb model. Crappy for the shortage T-Mobile is (apparently) seeing there.
