Ordered two iPhones one iPhone 6 16GB and iPhone 6 plus 128GB via jump in store on Fri. the 12th. I have not received any tracking info from t-mobile.
I went to the ups website myself and put in my phone numbers and received tracking numbers and info saying both phones will be delivered tomorrow by 3pm! I'm excited!!

Haven't had time to catch up on the thread but got this email in earlier..... Has anyone else gotten this email? Haven't been charged iPhone 6+ Space Grey 16GB ordered on 9/12 at 9:14 AM in the store. Hoping I'll get it Friday or Saturday......

Robot lady says mine is backordered, but I have a damn shipping label and status on UPS that says ready for pick up

Robot lady says i'm backordered as well. But I have the UPS shipping label upgraded to Next Day Air from Ground. She's drunk.
 
LOL so I think customer service has resorted to straight up lieing as the conversation I just had they told me that my order would ship out on the 19th and that all the orders won't ship until the 19th. On top of that she informed me how she can see my order in a different manner than the site shows me and that it is no longer in back order status. I had her confirm this three times.

I find this to be odd since I received the "1 to 2 day email"

Got the same email. I'm guessing we're in the third batch (after the Friday and 9/22-9/30 people).
 
Im pretty upset that a lot of people who didn't even pre-order on Friday, are getting email and text notifications saying they get their phones on the 19th lol

me too, i think they are just behind on updating status online but i trust the label from ups it has info on their that i recognize when i order from t-mobile before

Many got it and it's supposedly the worst of the three messages out. The order of rank for the current messages:

1) Will get it on Friday
2) Will get it between 9/22 - 9/30
3) 1-2 days to get an update status, which people are suggesting that means they will update you once they get idea of when their next unallocated stock arrives.
 
so, anyone decipher this email yet? means: good (get it by EOW?), bad (sorry, you'll get it much later, but we're too chcken-feces to tell you now?)

I mean, the other 2 emails floating around, at least have a definitive day or timeline... mine's so vague.... and changes on the ETD's on my account of: 9/15, 9/16, 9/17, now it's gone and yet another vague-wanna-grab Legere by his collar-annoying email...

any code breakers out there? help puhrreeez

I've been following this thread since the begining.

*I ordered on preorder date 9/12/2014

*I ordered around 4-5PM my time

*Checked my account it shows "backordered" I checked my email and i have recevied a tracking number from t-mobile for my iphone 6 space grey 128gb.

*it tells me it's coming thursday instead of friday based on my tracking.

I seriously thought i was not going to be in the first wave of shipments because i ordered late for the first time. I always order at midnight etc.
 
Is there some sort of shortage with the 6, 64GB, Space Grey?
I called Customer Service again and this time I was told that they're backordered and the wait is 4-6 weeks. This doesn't make sense to me because I pre-odered on Friday the 12th, I'm a JUMP! customer, and they've charged my card.
 
Nope. I have the same thing, and I don't have a router coming. I did get both the text AND email that I will get my iPhone 6 Plus 128GB Space grey, as I posted above, by Friday message though..

Also everyone what is the shipper name for your phone on UPS?

Also what is the weight of the router if you ordered one? Has that shipped yet?
 
I'm not getting the package to show up using my phone number under track by reference. Do you have to be logged into my choice?
