Explain that. Clearly Legere's "JUMP! Priority" is bogus,

No.. in talking to like 3 super's.. The idea was that all Jump! orders OVER THE WEEKEND got priority over any other orders OVER THE WEEKEND..

All pre-orders on Friday (which is not the weekend) are being shipped in the order they were received.

So ANY orders on FRIDAY, jump or not, are shipped in order.. Saturday and Sunday, all Jump orders took precedence over all other weekend orders.
 
Anyone that got the 9/19 text and can see their shipping label order with overnight shipping?
 
Holy crap nothing showed up on tmobile website or when i called it still said back ordered. .... But I typed my number into UPS and it gave me THIS !!!!! AHHHHHHH I ordered the 12th at 9 in the morning est iPhone 6 16 gig space grey

I got the same thing for my wife's 6-16. Can't deliver tomorrow if it hasn't been shipped. Hopefully it arrives on Friday.
 
For what I'm seeing, only the people that have the UPS Tracking Number can call it a victory. Text and e-mail were probably set to be sent today since we placed our orders...
 
I just got the email saying I should receive my 6plus 9/22-9/30. Ordered the silver/white 16gb iphone 6 plus at ~4:30 pm EDT without jump but with next day shipping. Is there any hope that the email is wrong and I'll receive it Friday or is it pretty much set in stone that I'm gonna have to wait longer?

Wish I knew, I ordered the 6+ 64gb in space gray, with jump and overnight and got the same email. My gut feeling with how awful this pre order went is telling me that We'll have it by Saturday or Monday at the latest.
 
Hey folks--checking in to see if some commonalities. I ordered a 64 GB 6 in Gold over the phone around 4:50am EDT on the 12th. I was charged yesterday for the EIP+Tax+Shipping.

I have not gotten an email, a text, or anything. Order online switched to back-order at 3:17am last night.

This makes no sense. You guys are coming up with some complicated theories.

Anything is possible. I was told those texts were automatic and possibly not accurate. Don't know if the rep was right or wrong. Kind of believe him since he mentioned the texts/emails before I even mentioned them. It was just as people were starting to receive the texts too. So I do think there is a possibility.

Nope, they aren't being shipped in the order they were received, which is why I'm so peeved.
 
New T-Mobile customer (actually I had a tmo SIM in my iPad). After over 3 hours getting passed around customer service I finally ordered a SG 128gb iPhone 6 around 9:30am at my local store. Other than the signature emails on the 12th, I've received nothing today. No texts or emails from tmo. After checking the phone number assigned to me on ups, I saw that I am scheduled for delivery tomorrow with a label created. And I just received a text from UPS confirming that but with the actual tracking number.

So it seems.. though, you cannot compare someone who ordered a Gold iPhone 6 16 Gb to someone who order a 64 GB..

each color/size/screen variations are their own supply pool.. so it may look more chaotic that it is.. add to the fact that T-mo isn't really communicating well, and we end up with a mess.

So whatever they planned.. who knows if it's really going that way.
 
Went to the ups tracking site... a shipping label has been created for me and i have a tracking detail number. "THERE IS A GAWWDD, AND HE IS GOOOUUDDD"- ray lewis
 
Agree. If you have the label and can see it, you're good to go. Otherwise nothing is confirmed. IMO

Words I will live by going forward. The uncertainty is killing me. Robo chick says one thing, email says another, the Speculation Echo Chamber that is this thread says something else... it's nuts. I'm going to bed.
