T-Mobile.com preorder thread

I still cannot believe my phone number doesn't work as reference on UPS. I got the 9/19 text. That message must have accidentally been sent to me or something.

Oh great! Now all of a sudden I'm getting an error when trying to view my order status on my account. This has never happened to me all week. Life is hard~
 
I just called the 611 number , got connected to someone over seas . It seemed like it was a waste . But he said that it's guaranteed Friday delivery . So that's the only thing he said which was good . So i guess I have to wait . I spoke to another person earlier and they said by 530 in the afternoon tommorrow est . So idk what to believe . Never received a charge on my account . Ordered my phones @ 7am est w/ overnight shipping . So does anyone know when I should get it ?
 
I got a email earlier today for expected delivery 9/22 to 9/30 for my 6 plus 64 gig.. Didn't order till the 13th so I'm happy with this

now i really wont get any sleep lol smh i did get the text and email a few hours ago saying the phone will be here friday... but it will be even better if i get it thursday..
 
I love that UPS My Choice. They sent me a notice that my 6 is being delivered tomorrow afternoon. WHAT? I love getting a notification from someone; but it won't be arriving tomorrow.
 
anyone order an iPhone 6 128 in Gold that has any progress? or tracking?? I haven't seen that config tied to a success story

Not giving us ETA's, the run around from customer service.

my card has been charged since full since last friday and i have no idea when i should expect the phone.

Atleast with at a they give you a time frame and the let you know when you can recieve phone at the time of order.

If I'm able to pick on up on the 19th I'm canceling tmobile.
 
Hmmm, so I discovered something weird. Using my order # from T-Mo and using my phone number and zip code are yielding different order numbers with different shipping types :eek:

Bro chill out lol. It's because you are a new customer they don't have your number set up yet. Or ported over.
 
I got the text/email saying I should have my phone on friday, tried searching ups and nothing showed up so i'm not sure what people are using when they do a search
